Be sure to check out my page.
My patterns are great for beginners, too.

How about the cute “Christmas Mice”
The mice can be crocheted together with their cheese or on their own.

Unicorn “Fiona” has gotten lost in the forest and is looking for her new home.
She’d love to cuddle—maybe you’d like to give her as a Christmas gift.

Triceratops “Nelly”  is very sweet, doesn’t bite, and only eats vegetables.

I hope you have fun :)

You can crochet cute animals from sponge yarn that you can use as a sponge for bathing or showering—and that even make washing dishes fun.

For example, the duck made from squeaky-yellow sponge yarn

All three also make an original gift or little present to bring along.

These two animals have a very important job. They guard the room door so the residents aren’t disturbed. They simply show this with “Stop” or “Free.”

They’re also great for home offices or bathrooms/WCs—no keys needed, which is a plus with small children.

Both models are very easy to crochet using the pattern, and all you need is a few leftover yarn scraps.

You can choose whether you’d rather have a bear or an owl on your door—or give one as a gift. I recommend the value pack so you can give away lots of them for Christmas.

Crochet Pattern for Dino Pauli

Pauli is crocheted in two parts, which are then joined together with a round of single crochet.
Depending on the yarn and hook size, Pauli can reach a height of about 31 cm and a length of about 40 cm.

Crochet Pattern for a Little Bunny

Here, too, the front and back are each crocheted as a single piece. Both pieces are then joined together. Only the little tail needs to be sewn on separately.

Christmas is just around the corner and you still don’t have an idea for a lovely gift?

How about Josy, the turtle with a secret compartment. She is crocheted using single crochet stitches and even has a little sister. Schildi, the keychain, which fits perfectly into this secret compartment. The two are also available together in a value pack.

Or do you have a cat lover as a friend?
Then Mia, the queen among pets might be the right gift. Mia is crocheted in one piece using single crochet stitches; only the ears are sewn on.

Das MausHaus has even more patterns to offer. Just stop by and take a look.
All crochet patterns are explained very clearly step by step and supported by numerous photos.

Nico the Rhino
for cuddling

-- to the pattern --

Little Nico, a little unicorn, uh, rhino, loves to cuddle and is happy to come along on every dream journey.

As always, the pattern is richly illustrated and describes step by step how you can crochet Nico for yourself. Since it doesn't use only “normal,” evenly round shapes, you should have some experience with amigurumi crochet.

Nico was crocheted from just under 100g of cotton yarn, e.g. Gründl Cotton Fun (yardage 115m/50g), and is approx. 21cm long.

The Schneckenkind Shop has many enchanting crocheted animals - from small to large, from challenging to easy ♥

I’d like to show you 3 popular examples :-)

Tom Rabbit - an adorable cuddly rabbit with removable pants. He is about 32 cm tall (without ears).

Teddy Björn belongs to the Classic line. These animals are a little rounder and incredibly cuddly ♥

Dieter the Ray is not only an exceptionally handsome animal - no, he is also a great pillow! Because when crocheted with chenille yarn, he becomes really nice and big ♥

My little cuddly zoo is open. Here you’ll find lots of exotic and native animals. Would you like to take a little tour with me?

Percy the Peacock
is very proud of his colorful plumage and feels like something truly special. He’s not as hard to crochet as you might think, and he’s very decorative. For the tail, I used some colorful eyelash yarn. But you can also crochet him with regular cotton yarn.

Seahorse Hippy
also shimmers in lots of bright colors. A soft gradient yarn was chosen here, threaded with a glitter strand. This makes the seahorse’s body shimmer mysteriously.

Lily, the Pink
is also a vain bird. The flamingo lady proudly shows off her bright pink plumage and gracefully struts through the water on her long, slender legs.

Did you like my exotic animals? Then come visit me in my shop—there are even more there! I’m looking forward to seeing you!
