A warm hooded jacket for fall—that’s something the little fashion dolls need too. This jacket is especially practical because it can be worn equally well by both female and male dolls. It was designed for the “men,” but since “oversize” is back in style too, it also looks good on the “girls.” You can also crochet the jacket as a vest, meaning without sleeves.
I used a short zipper for closing it, but you can also choose snaps or a hook-and-loop fastener.

I love fall, so I crocheted a simple triangular shawl in vibrant fall colors:

Triangular Shawl CAKE

This stylish sweater is quick and easy to crochet and is a great choice for mild fall days. It also looks lovely worn as a dress.

A lovely idea for using up leftover yarn are these decorative balls. They’re not just eye-catchers at Christmas. Beautiful as window decorations, as tree ornaments, or simply hanging freely in a room.

Click here to go to the pattern:

Materials per ball:
  • Approx. 13 g cotton yarn, yardage → 125 m/50 g (e.g. Catania)
  • Crochet hook size 2.5 or 3 (example here = size 2.5)
  • Wood glue (e.g. Ponal brand) ← my recommendation,
alternatively fabric stiffener, liquid laundry starch, or spray starch
  • 1 small balloon
  • 1 LED light (optional)
  • at least 6 beads (optional)
  • Supplies for blocking/stretching (rubber mat, pins, etc.)

A very special, unbreakable Christmas tree bauble or a festive wall or window decoration for the Advent season: the little angel in the heavenly globe. You can choose between a day version (light blue) or a night version (dark blue).
This project is a great way to use up small amounts of leftover yarn.

You’ll need:
For the day version (left):
  • 40 g Catania Glamour (142 m / 50 g), bleu
  • Scraps of white sponge yarn
For the night version (right):
  • 40 g Catania Glamour (142 m / 50 g), navy
  • Scraps of silver sponge yarn
For 1 angel:
  • 5 g Catania Glamour white
  • 5 g Catania Soft Apricot
  • Curly angel hair (silver)
  • 1 remnant of white tulle
  • 1 small silver metal star
  • 2 small half-pearls (approx. 3 mm in diameter) for the eyes
  • White and pink embroidery thread
Also:
  • 2.5 mm crochet hook
  • Craft stuffing
  • Glue
  • Sewing thread
  • 1 acrylic hemisphere, 12 cm in diameter
You can find the crochet pattern here!

The beautiful water lily is a practical little sponge for bathing and showering, and at the same time a lovely eye-catcher in the bathroom.

You can crochet the water lily in one color or multiple colors, according to your taste and to match your decor.

Together with a shower gel or body lotion, the water lily bath sponge also makes a lovely gift or small present.

Difficulty level: medium, for experienced crocheters.
In addition to the written crochet instructions, the pattern also includes a multicolored crochet chart and photos.

Little Angel with Candle
brings a warm light into your home

-- to the pattern --

The little angel is a cute decoration for the Advent season.

The pattern describes row by row and round by round how you can crochet a little angel like this. It includes many clear, helpful photos. Only basic crochet skills are needed.

The little angels are approx. 15 cm tall and were each crocheted from just under 20 g of cotton yarn (e.g., Gründl Cotton Fun, yardage 115 m/50 g).

For a cozy Advent and Christmas season: You’ll only need about 10 g of cotton yarn to make this beautiful star-shaped tea light holder. I used Catania Glamour here, which is interwoven with a silver glitter thread. This gives the tea light holder a particularly festive look.
This pretty decorative piece also makes a nice little gift to bring to an Advent coffee party.

Larcobaleno Scarf
With rainbow colors against dreary November gray

-- to the pattern --

The colorful zigzag scarf is a vibrant eye-catcher and a great project for beginners.

The pattern explains step by step and with lots of photos how you can crochet this scarf yourself. A crochet chart is also included.

The scarf is 230 cm long and 33 cm wide. It was crocheted using two 4-ply yarn cakes (50% cotton, 50% acrylic / approx. 190 m/50 g), one in black and one in a rainbow gradient, each 150 g/570 m.

Oops, I almost forgot to introduce you to my other new crochet patterns:

Angel with Gift Box

The angel can serve as a Christmas angel, or as a symbol of protection for someone you’d like to send on their way with a guardian angel.

The gift box, softly padded on the inside, has a diameter of approx. 15 cm and is suitable for candy, vouchers, a personal note, a piece of jewelry, and much more.

Suitable for experienced crocheters. In addition to the written crochet instructions, the pattern also includes many photos so you can successfully crochet this extraordinary gift step by step.

You can get the crochet pattern for the Angel with Gift Box here

Star Bath Sponge

A star is a beautiful eye-catcher in your home all year round, not just at Christmas time.

You can crochet this star very easily and quickly from fluffy sponge yarn and use it as a sponge for bathing and showering. This combines beauty with usefulness.

Together with a shower gel or body lotion, the Star Bath Sponge also makes a lovely gift idea for someone dear who would bring the stars down from the sky for you (or for whom you would do the same).

The Star Bath Sponge can also be crocheted well by beginners with a little practice.

The crochet pattern for the Star Bath Sponge is available here

Santa Claus Ornament and Money Gift

The little Santa Clauses, which beginners can also crochet easily and quickly, are perfect as ornaments for gifts or the Christmas tree and are also happy to help deliver money gifts and vouchers.

You can find the crochet pattern for the Santa Claus ornaments here

Crochet Lanterns Starry Glow in 3 Sizes

The lanterns create an atmospheric ambiance, for example as table décor, on the windowsill, or on the bedside table, and inspire you to dream— all year round, not just at Christmas time. This also makes the lanterns a lovely gift for someone dear. The small lanterns can also be used as a storage basket on your desk.

Difficulty level: easy for experienced crocheters, intermediate for ambitious beginners with a little practice.
The PDF file includes the pattern for the lanterns in three sizes, many pictures, and the crochet chart for the star pattern.

The sleeping owl charm can be used in many ways as a decoration, for example as a gift tag.

Even beginners can crochet the sleeping owl charm quickly and easily with a little practice. The fringes of the sponge yarn make the owl’s feathers look beautiful, and because the smooth, shiny fringes reflect light, it sparkles wonderfully.
