These owls are colorful and useful! The two potholders in the Crazy Patterns colors are crocheted double-layered so you can slip your hand inside. The scale pattern for the wings and belly feathers is explained in detail with lots of pictures. They are crocheted with Catania cotton and a 2.5 mm crochet hook.

The chef owl for all home cooks! This cute keychain is crocheted around an empty Kinder Surprise egg capsule. There’s a small zipper under the apron that you can open. There’s room here for a few coins or a shopping cart token.
This owl can be crocheted quickly using just a little leftover yarn.

Owls as cute little edge-sitters for the upcoming fall/winter season—thanks to their size of about 10 cm, they’re easy to incorporate into your decor, and they can be crocheted very quickly from leftover yarn Edge-sitter Owls

Difficulty level: easy, for ambitious beginners with some practice

This one is a very special owl—it hangs on the room door as a bodyguard. Kids especially love it! It also looks great hanging on the bathroom or toilet door, and of course in the study. It’s best to crochet several of them right away, because every family member is sure to ask you for one.

Very easy to crochet. A great project for using up leftover yarn.

An owl as a St. Martin’s lantern? Sure thing!

This lantern is small and compact—just the right size for a child to carry with ease.

The lantern is made of photo card and translucent paper, measures approximately 25 x 26 x 10 cm, and is easy to make even for beginners with a little crafting experience.

This owl is both a decoration and a jumping-jack toy.

It doesn’t just move its wings: when you pull the string, both the wings and the tail open fan-like—just like a real owl!

The Jumping-Jack Owl is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 22.5 x 27.5 cm. The layers of photo cardstock glued on top of each other as required by the pattern make it very sturdy.

You don’t need any special prior knowledge for this toy—just a little patience and some crafting experience.

Enni Owl Bag
popular with owl fans big and small

-- to the pattern --

A sweet companion for young and old.

The pattern describes step by step with lots of photos how you can crochet the bag from colorful leftover yarn.
Only basic crochet skills are needed, so the bag is also a great beginner project.

A good 100 g of cotton yarn (e.g., Gründl Cotton Fun, 115 m/50 g) was used to crochet the bag.
It is 16 cm wide and 19 cm high.
