This vest creates a slimming effect—not just because of the vertical stripes. It’s also knitted with slight waist shaping, giving it a perfect fit. For experienced knitters, this is a project that’s a joy to work on. Fits size 40/42; with thicker yarn, it also fits size 44.

1)  Tunic "Arielle" is an absolute figure-flatterer thanks to its clever cut. The pattern is easy to work, repeats every two rows, and thanks to the very detailed description, the pattern is also very manageable for beginners. The airy, lightweight tunic stands out with its simple stitch pattern combined with the unusual cut. A true all-rounder—also excellent for baby bumps.

2)  This beautiful tunic, "Mayla," also creates a wonderful silhouette. It is very easy to crochet. A narrow tie belt gives you different ways to wear it. A wonderfully delicate, airy basic piece, not just for the warm season. Also well suited for beginners.

3) The tunic "Rosenrot" is also wide enough and cut in a flattering way to conceal a few small curves. It is quick and easy to crochet, yet has a refined touch thanks to the tie belt, slanted shoulders, and rounded corners. The yarn is made of 100% virgin wool and is truly lightweight. With a long-sleeved shirt or a fitted dress underneath, it’s a great garment for the whole year.

Crochet Blouse Cindy

Crochet Blouse Paula

These two crochet blouses are very flattering for every figure. The oversized cut looks great even in larger clothing sizes. Both crochet blouses are suitable for beginners. You can find the patterns in my Blickfang-Design store. Feel free to stop by; there are more beautiful designs there.

I recommend clothes or accessories that swing and move for all women with (more) curves. This draws attention first and foremost to the beautiful garment. My recommendations would be:

1. Summer Poncho

It is knitted. Thanks to its simple yet clever cut, it drapes beautifully and elegantly when worn and flatters the figure. It fits all sizes. The neckline size and back length are adjusted individually at the end. The knitting pattern is suitable for knitting beginners and pros.

2. Triangular Shawl with Beaded Edge

What makes this shawl special is its shape and beaded edge. The triangular shawl is knitted with a pointed angle. This makes the silhouette look much narrower—and makes us look slimmer and taller. The special eye-catcher is the beaded edge, which you can make as wide as you like. Small rocaille beads are worked in, and they swing along with every movement. At the front, you can casually knot the long ends of the shawl, which also elongates the silhouette.

3. Elegant Evening Dress for Dolls

You can also see with dolls that long, narrow dresses do not add bulk. On the contrary, they emphasize the beautiful slim figure. This one is knitted with a set of double-pointed needles. 15 g of sock yarn is enough. The dress is quick to knit and brings lots of joy to doll moms.

I hope you have lots of fun with your new project.

Warm regards from Ina

A kaftan that flatters the figure and drapes beautifully and softly adds flair to simple clothing and is wonderfully warming around the shoulders.

Anais is a combination of the Tunisian simple stitch and the classic granny pattern, simple and timeless and wonderfully cozy.
