Mystic Arctica is a great all-round shawl whose size is easy to adjust. It can be worn as a scarf or as a stole. You’ll need 300 g of yarn with a yardage of 400 m per 100 g.

Even if that really hot summer sunshine weather is still keeping us waiting, in the meantime why not pass the time crocheting these very special patterns. You’ll find them and several more in my Blickfang-Design store.

Lightweight summer scarf / shawl for cool evenings.

The scarf starts narrow and gradually gets wider. For this pattern, I used 150 grams of Schachenmayr’s “Tahiti” summer yarn (99% cotton). Of course, a lightweight merino yarn would also work for cooler fall days.

You should be familiar with chain stitches, single crochet, and double crochet.

The pattern repeat over 2 rows is easy to make, and you’ll quickly crochet a new shawl for those mild summer evenings. 

Especially artfully decorated chocolates need special packaging where they can lie nicely separated from each other and preserve their delicious appearance.

This box is perfect for that: On two levels, each of which is removable, there is room for a total of eight chocolates measuring approx. 3 - 3.5 cm.


 
The chocolate box is made from photo cardboard, measures approx. 9.5 x 7.5 x 9.5 cm, is easy to craft, and is very suitable even for beginners.
