For advanced knitters, my shop features several patterns using the double-face knitting technique. For example, the brand-new “Flamingo Love” pot holders or the “Breakfast for Two” bread basket. For the bread basket, the heart-shaped bottom is crocheted, and the sides are then knitted using the double-face technique with two colors.

  Beach Bag "Beach Life"
Crocheting graphic patterns in tapestry technique requires a bit of concentration, but it offers lots of variety: it’s incredibly fun to watch the pattern slowly take shape almost all by itself.
This technique is explained in detail in the crochet pattern for this beautiful beach bag. The bag measures about 43 x 40 cm, making it roomy enough to hold all the essentials for an afternoon at the beach.

You’ll make any birthday child incredibly happy with a homemade pop-up card! This card is a bit more elaborate to make, but it also looks especially pretty.



The card is made of cardstock and construction paper and measures approximately 21 x 10.5 cm
. With a little crafting experience, it’s not hard to recreate, since
the pop-up mechanism consists of a single piece and is easy to follow.

Harriet Crochet Blouse

The beautiful Harriet crochet blouse is actually quite easy and quick to make. The exciting part is the fringe border using the hairpin lace crochet technique. This technique itself isn’t that difficult either. The challenge, however, is that many people are not familiar with it. Learning a new craft technique is always a little challenge. However, I have described everything in detail and added photos that show how it’s done. You can find the pattern in my Blickfang-Design store.

Scarf Suzy, the perfect project for summer. The scarf will be finished just when it gets cold again. The technique of linked double crochet isn’t all that difficult once you get the hang of it. But many people are unfamiliar with this type of crochet. What fascinates me most about this technique is its clean structure. It is especially popular with men.
