What reflects the sun better than a sunflower?

Crochet yourself a sunflower as a dish sponge, and you'll always have a little sunshine in the kitchen, even when it's raining!

The sunflower is not difficult to crochet. You use scrubby yarn for it (Creative Bubble by Rico or Funny Scrub by Rellana). This yarn can be washed at 60 degrees and dries quickly. It is easy to crochet with.

The finished crocheted flower has a slightly scratchy surface, making it great for removing food residue or burnt-on bits. It also works wonderfully as an exfoliating sponge.

You can download the crochet pattern right here!

Mureki measures 88 x 88 cm in total.

The tablecloth can be crocheted as a whole or up to the desired section.
This section, in turn, could be made several times.

The 13-page PDF file is suitable for advanced crocheters.

Aren’t they cute, these two little hedgehogs? Anny and Bruno are passionate gardeners, and Anny is always delighted when Bruno surprises her with a sunflower from the garden.

You can crochet these finger puppets wonderfully from leftover yarn. The pattern also includes instructions for the sunflower and the watering can. Younger children especially will have lots of fun playing with them. The little hedgehogs also work very well as table decorations.

If you have family members with summer birthdays, you should definitely take a closer look at this pop-up card . While it takes a bit of effort to make this card, it’s also something truly special!

This birthday card is made from photo cardstock and construction paper and measures approximately 21 x
10.5 cm. The card isn’t difficult to make, since the
pop-up mechanism consists of a single piece and is easy to follow.

Would you like to surprise someone with an unusual gift? This explosion box is perfect for that!

The box is made of photo cardstock and is approx. 10 x 10 x 10 cm in size. It offers plenty of room for photos, wishes, or sayings. You can hide gift certificates or cash gifts in the pockets, and in the little box—something sweet or a small gift like a lucky charm, keychain, or something similar. The box is very easy to make and also well suited for crafting beginners.

A bright yellow also looks great on the breakfast table and spreads good cheer! With this mini bread basket, “Breakfast for One” or “Breakfast for You,” you can bring a little sunshine right to the table for someone living alone :-) The bottom of the basket is crocheted, and the patterned sides are knitted using the double-face technique.
