Seasonal tables with flower children are best known from Waldorf education. The little dolls are usually sewn or felted. But flower children can also be crocheted beautifully!
Children especially love these sweet little flower elves and enjoy redecorating them again and again. To allow them to assume different positions, chenille wire is worked into the limbs so that the arms and legs can be bent.

The little dandelion is sleeping in the shade of its flower and dandelion puff, resting after a tiring day in the flower meadow.

The cowslip on the other hand, is still full of energy and is dancing merrily in a circle.

Then the daisy joins in, bringing a little bouquet of daisies she picked herself.

The colorful spring or summer meadow is a great project for leftover yarn and small leftover skeins. It consists of placemats and coasters with flower borders, flower scatter decorations, and many different egg cups and egg cozies, decorated with flowers or butterflies.

to the pattern

Specially crocheted flowers/decorative wreath for Easter is a special eye-catcher in any home. A decorative piece for every door or entryway,
suitable for every season. Only a little yarn is needed to make one flower, so they can be crocheted from yarn scraps. Ideal
use for leftovers!

to the pattern A lovely crochet project: a scarf made up of several flower patterns. The length can be increased. The scarf is ideal for wearing with a coat or jacket in spring. I crocheted this scarf in one color, but I can also very well imagine it in multiple colors, e.g., from gradient cake yarn.

These crocheted flowers are great as appliqués, for decorating cards and gifts, and as decoration. You can crochet them very easily from leftover yarn and combine the different blossom elements in new ways again and again.

Difficulty level: easy
The pattern includes the written crochet pattern, the crochet charts, and lots of photos showing the possible combinations.

You can get the crochet pattern for the flowers here

The colorful bouquet instantly spreads good cheer and can be used as door decor or table decor.
It also makes a magical gift.

With a little practice, the flowers and umbrella are also very easy for beginners to crochet.

There are probably no flowers more associated with spring, and especially with Easter, than daffodils.

You can make these yourself—as many as you like and in any color combination you love!

For the blossoms, I used photo cardstock; the stem is made of aluminum wire wrapped with crepe paper. Finished flowers are approx. 29 cm tall.

The daffodils are quick and easy to make, and every step is explained in detail in the craft pattern.

Crochet Pattern for a Blanket Made of Individual Blossoms

The blossoms are always attached to the ones already crocheted during the final round. This means there’s no big sewing-together at the end, and you can change the shape as you go.

You’ll need to know how to make single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches, and chain stitches.

On the theme of flowers and blossoms, I have a few unusual suggestions for you. Maybe there’s something suitable here. Otherwise, feel free to take a look at the many colorful things in meinem Shop that you could make as well.

I hope you enjoy browsing through my ideas and working on your new craft project.

Warm regards from Ina

A beautiful summer wreath in a water lily look, perfect for decorating your home or as a lovely gift.
The wreath can be used as door, wall, or window decoration. It also works very well as a table decoration, without the bird.

Whether as a permanent decoration or just for special occasions: This bouquet always works and always looks fresh.

I made the blossoms out of photo cardstock; they’re about 8 cm in size. The flowers are about 25 cm tall overall, but you can easily make them taller or shorter. They’re easy to recreate and well-suited even for patient beginners.

If you’d like to add a little basket filled with flowers to your decor, I have a recommendation for you.

This little flower basket measures approx. 16 x 12.5 x 16 cm and is made of photo cardstock. You’ll also need paper cord with wire for the flowers. Both the basket and the flowers are very easy to make.
