The fruit coasters are super easy to crochet because you only have to crochet in rounds. Since the coasters have a small hole in the middle, you can also use them as glass covers and insert a straw through them. That way, nothing can fall into the glass when you’re outside.

If you crochet a few more rounds and add a hanging loop, like on the melon slice on the right, you can also crochet matching potholders. This is also described in the pattern.

Do you have matching colors at home? Then get started right away!

This blanket requires knowledge of knit and purl stitches. The pattern is written out row by row up to the pattern repeat; you’ll also find a knitting chart that you can work from.

You can adjust the size of the blanket by adding more stitches and rows. The pattern is written for a baby blanket.

You can easily recreate this snowflake mobile even if you don’t have much crafting experience yet.

The chains on this mobile are approximately 42 and 47 cm long, respectively; the snowflakes are cut out of photo cardstock, and the pom-poms are store-bought. The mobile is very easy to make and well-suited even for patient beginners. Tip: If you don’t like mobiles, you can also attach the chains to a stick or a sturdy strip of cardboard and use the whole thing as a window decoration.

The sunflowers, about 11 cm in size, are practical wash pads for facial care and look great in any bathroom.

What’s more, the sunflowers are super easy and quick to crochet.

Material: 4.5 mm crochet hook, a yarn needle for weaving in ends, and sponge yarn, e.g. Rico Creative Bubble (50g = 90m, washable up to 60 degrees) approx. 9 grams in yellow and approx. 6 grams in brown

You can get the pattern for the sunflower wash pads here

With just a little yarn, little time, and even little experience, you can crochet your own sea of flowers and use them in many ways as decoration and as appliqués, e.g. for bags, hats, and scarves:

You can find the crochet pattern for the 3D flowers here

The Ballerina bookmark also needs only a little yarn, but a tiny bit more crochet practice. Still, it’s very doable for beginners, because of course the crochet pattern includes lots of detailed photos that make it very easy to follow along.

Perfect for making a fan of real books happy.

This Valentine’s Day card may look complicated, but it’s actually not hard to make. To recreate it, you just need to be able to handle a pair of scissors well.

The card is made of cardstock, measures approximately 21 x 10.5 cm, and is well suited for beginners with some crafting experience. If you’re not confident about writing on the card yourself, you can also use a ready-made gold Valentine’s Day sticker.
