Babies always need to stay nice and warm and cozy. With these comfortable baby leggings made from sock yarn, which even have room for the bulkiest diapers, they’ll be perfectly equipped. The leggings fit from 3 to 12 months (or even up to 18 months).

You can also use the leftover yarn to knit a lovely set consisting of a hat, mittens, a cowl, and socks. The socks, of course, include instructions for the mowi heel, which is very easy to knit, and the cowl is easy to put on and take off.

All pieces can also be knitted by beginners with some knitting experience.

The items fit dolls or teddy bears measuring approx. 45–50 cm, so they also fit Baby Born. Even small newborns can wear them.

Leftover yarn is enough for these Christmas patterns, so they’re ideal for the weekend.

Crocheted Christmas ornaments made from leftover yarn

These ornaments are ideal for beginners; they are crocheted with single crochet or half double crochet and are finished in no time.

*************************************************

Crochet pattern: napkin rings / ornaments

Little Santas as napkin rings bring color to the table.
After the feast, the little fellows become Christmas decorations.

Crocheted from leftover yarn and using only single crochet, even beginners can whip up the napkin rings quickly.

A fun original idea for money gifts at Christmas.
After emptying the sack, the recipient still has a funny Christmas decoration that makes for cheerful moments.

It is crocheted with chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, as well as half double crochet and double crochet.
Also suitable for beginners.

Another great bestseller of mine is this cozy jacket. It is made up of 3 differently combined patterns that are easy to crochet, and
it can certainly also be worn by men.
It can be crocheted in any size you like, and ambitious beginners should also manage well with the very detailed pattern. No side seams.

42/44, 46/48, 50/52, 54/56... plan on approx. 300 m more yarn each. Of course, you can also use
    any other yarn.

These Christmas crochet appliqués are a great weekend project to keep your hands a little busy on the side. Everyone probably has small bits of leftover yarn at home, and then you can get started right away. The appliqués can be used in many different ways: as small gift tags, as decorations for a few fir branches or the Christmas tree, as scatter decorations for the festively set table, on greeting cards, etc.
The appliqués are very easy to crochet, so they are also suitable for beginners.

This cute angel is a guardian angel for all children who don’t like falling asleep in the dark. It stands on a battery-operated LED light that can be controlled with a remote control. You can choose colored or white light, or a color-changing mode. The brightness can also be adjusted so the light doesn’t disturb sleep. This way, the little angel watches over your loved one at night and protects them from bad dreams.

During the Christmas season, the angel makes a beautiful decoration for a shelf or windowsill.

To crochet the guardian angel, you will need:
  • approx. 15 g Catania cotton yarn by Schachenmayr (yardage 125 m/50 g, color soft apricot)
  • approx. 15 g Catania glamour cotton yarn by Schachenmayr (yardage 125 m/50 g, color cream)
  • approx. 10 g Primo doll hair yarn by Woll Butt (yardage 50 m/50 g, color natural)
  • approx. 10 g size 5 filet crochet thread (yardage 400 m/100 g, color natural)
  • leftover Glitter by Gründl (yardage 110 m/25 g, color silver)
  • leftover Creative Bubble by Rico (yardage 90 m/50 g, color silver)
  • stuffing
  • crochet hook, 2.5 mm
  • crochet hook 3.0 mm
  • crochet hook 4.0 mm
  • 1 sheet of white translucent paper, A4 size
  • glue
  • 1 (underwater) LED light (Itian) with color-changing mode and remote control
(Of course, you can also use other yarn of a similar thickness. Just see what suitable materials you have at home.)

You can find the crochet pattern for the guardian angel night light here!

How time flies!
In three weeks, the first Advent calendar doors will be opened. If you haven't made an Advent calendar yet, then it's high time to get started!

This calendar is made from photo cardstock and consists of simple hexagonal boxes. Finished, it measures approx. 33.5 x 35.5 x 5.5 cm. To make sure everything fits together well in the end, precise work is very important; otherwise, you don't need any special prior knowledge here.

A hat is always a lovely project for an enjoyable weekend.

Here I’m showing you different models, all of which can be made in 8 sizes. That makes it easy to make the right hat for anyone on a rainy weekend.

November Day Hat is knitted with knit and purl stitches. For my hats, you should have some practice using a set of double-pointed needles.

Family Hat is knitted in spirals, which helps the hat fit the shape of the head even better and grow along with it.

All my hats are described in the pattern in writing, round by round.

Slalom Hat
is intended more for girls. The cable is created without a cable needle, and the yarn overs complement the beautiful pattern.

Jax Hat is knitted in seed stitch. For this model, knowledge of knit and purl stitches is required.

This hat with a loop stitch pattern was my first model. The pattern is explained in detail with lots of pictures, so beginners with a little practice can quickly reach their goal.

For the small sizes, the amount needed is =< 50 grams; for adult sizes, approx. 80 grams is enough with a yardage of 125 m.

It’s time again for my Eifel scoodie.
It’s also a quick project, since it is knitted with just 200g of Brando yarn.
The pattern consists only of knit and purl stitches.

With this beautiful heart motif and cozy yarn, spending the weekend knitting on the sofa is a real joy! The beanie fits a head circumference of approx. 50–54 cm (but the size can easily be adjusted), it is knitted in double-face and can therefore be worn on both sides.

The heart is a beautiful decorative eye-catcher and at the same time a practical sponge that you can use for bathing and showering.

The heart is super easy and super quick to crochet, even for beginners.

Even the simplest tea lights look truly festive in these Christmas-themed tea light holders. This little craft project is a wonderful way to spend your weekend.

The holders are made of cardstock and measure approximately 14 x 14 x 2 cm. They’re easy to make, but they need to be cut and folded very precisely. The recesses fit both real tea lights and matching LED candles.
