Trendy and cute—that’s the Cutie Hippos!

The tiny hippos are only 7 cm small and soooo cute!

Even as a beginner, you can give this crochet pattern a try, because everything is explained step by step. In addition to the detailed description, the pattern also includes many detailed photos that will help you crochet and sew your Hippo together.
All you need is a few bits of leftover cotton yarn. You can find out what you need and which prior skills are required here

Violetta is a particularly cuddly unicorn that you can actually ride! The “stick” on this hobby horse isn’t a wooden handle but a soft pool noodle. This minimizes the risk of injury and keeps your furniture safe during wild rides. If Violetta is so beloved that she’s brought to bed at night, that’s no problem either, since she’s made entirely of soft material.
Materials needed:
  • 100 g fluffy yarn in white (Phil douce by Phildar, 86 m / 50 g)
  • 50 g cotton yarn (filet yarn), size 10, in white, as a carried-along yarn
  • 150 g of purple cotton yarn (approx. 125 m per 50 g, e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr)
  • 50 g of light gray cotton yarn (approx. 125 m per 50 g, e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr)
  • 2.5 mm crochet hook
  • Crochet hook, 3.0 mm
  • 1 pair of safety eyes in purple, diameter approx. 3 cm
  • 1 pair of false eyelashes
  • Stuffing, approx. 300 g
  • 1 purple pool noodle
  • Glue suitable for Styrofoam
If you’re hesitant to crochet with fuzzy yarn, you can, of course, use a different yarn of similar thickness. Then the pattern is also suitable for less experienced crocheters.
Tip for horse lovers: If you leave out the horn, Violetta turns into a horse.

Alpacas and llamas are so cute that it’s easy to see why they became such a trend last year. One particularly cuddly example is Pamina, which is crocheted from plush yarn and chenille yarn.

The pattern includes plenty of tips on how to crochet easily with this yarn. Since the pattern uses only a few increases and decreases, Pamina is not difficult to crochet. Using the recommended yarn, she’ll be about 25 cm tall.
You can find more details about the materials and the pattern here!

This little owl chef is a practical keychain or bag charm that you can quickly crochet from a few bits of leftover yarn.  Inside the owl’s belly is a practical coin holder, because it was crocheted around an empty Kinder Surprise egg capsule, which can also fit several parking tokens. The coin holder closes with a zipper so nothing gets lost.
If you give this keychain as a gift, you can also hide a gift certificate inside (e.g., for a cooking class or a meal together?)!

These two funny door guards—the bear and the owl—are absolutely loved by room occupants because they replace a key. Children especially are delighted to get such a practical gift.

Even the crocheting starts off practically, because you can use up quite a bit of leftover yarn here. And best of all: even beginners (with basic knowledge) will enjoy it.

It’s best to start right away, then you’ll already have an Easter gift to hide.

To the crochet pattern for the value set—Guard Bear and Guard Owl

Note: Both door guards are also available individually as crochet patterns.

Teddy bears are always on trend. This one was designed especially for babies. And it’s super easy to knit even for beginners with the usual basic skills. Even leftover cotton yarn is enough for it.

Does your child like to play with jumping jacks? Then they’ll love this owl, too! When you pull the string, it’s not just the wings that lift—the wings and tail also fan out, just like a real owl!

The jumping jack owl is made from photo cardstock and measures approximately 22.5 x 27.5 cm. The overlapping layers of photo cardstock make it very sturdy. You don’t need any special skills to make this toy—just a little patience and some crafting experience.

Sooo, Kuddel Krakowski is really popular right now – everyone has octopus fever!
But there are also owls and a unicorn in my shop, and they’re all a lot of fun to knit. Curious? Then click on the name and you’ll go straight to the matching pattern:

Dogs are the most popular pets - so how about a loyal companion for the little ones that they can take anywhere?

Floppy dog Tapsi is crocheted with 2 strands held together, so it can also be easily crocheted with teddy yarn or with lovely color patterns.
Tapsi is suitable even for beginners if you know chain stitches, single crochet, increases and decreases, and crocheting in spiral rounds.

For the material, you should choose two yarns that together require a crochet hook size of 8, and crochet them with a size 6 crochet hook. This will make Tapsi approx. 50 cm tall.

Have fun crocheting it!

Just right for the upcoming Easter season, these cute, cheeky chickens will bring good cheer into your home. "Berta and Gundel" look great on an Easter bouquet, door wreath, window, etc., but the two are also eye-catchers
as bag charms or key rings.

Here’s the pattern

This owl mask is a very quick and easy way to transform yourself, because it is already drawn and colored and only needs to be printed out. After printing, cut out the mask and attach an elastic cord – done!

I created the print templates for this owl mask in three sizes, so there is a suitable mask for every face.

Dino Pauli is for the very little ones to play with and cuddle. The dino is crocheted in two pieces, which are crocheted together at the end in a contrasting color. No extra pieces to sew on, so nothing can come loose during play. A sewing needle is only needed to weave in the ends.

100 grams of cotton yarn in the main color and a small amount in a contrasting color for crocheting around the edge are needed. With a yardage of 100 m / 50 grams, Pauli is 31 cm tall and approx. 40 cm long.

You can find the pattern for Pauli here

My sweet sleeping owl "Lilibeth"

Here’s the free pattern

Little owl Lilibeth is so tired that she has already put on her nightcap and, with the blanket tucked under her wing, marches straight to her little bed. The pattern is free and suitable for beginners. A great pattern with lots of cute details!
