Knitting pattern for a large shawl

Yarn overs and knitting stitches together create this airy shawl.

It consists of two different patterns, which are described in writing in the pattern and shown as a knitting chart. You start at the tip, so the size can be adjusted to your specific wishes.

Basic knowledge of knit and purl stitches, slip-slip-knit decreases, knitting stitches together, and yarn overs should be available. I used Lana Grossa "Shades of Cotton Linen" 840 m / 200 g for mine.

Here you’ll find the pattern with more pictures and another yarn suggestion.

Triangular Shawl "Aquamarine"
This airy, lightweight triangular shawl features a sophisticated lace pattern. Although it is crocheted from the side, the shawl is completely symmetrical. The beautiful pattern is a combination of crossed double crochets, chain stitches, and single crochets.

The cable scarf bears the fitting name “Meeresgrund”
partly because of the beautiful color gradient, and partly because the pattern reflects the waves of the sea and small “fish” in the center of the scarf.

The stitch pattern is laid out in chart form in the pattern, and the individual pattern sections are clearly separated, so they can easily be swapped, reduced, or expanded.
The cable twists are explained in detail in a photo tutorial, so the pattern is also ideal for cable knitting beginners.
You can find all the information on the materials needed and all the details here

For the Arctica soul warmer, you only need 4-ply gradient yarn. For size XL, just under 900 m. For the smaller sizes, even less, and you can easily adjust the size individually since it is knitted sideways.
The pattern is explained in detail and also shown with a chart.
