Heinzelmännchen Tuesday: What’s your trickiest craft project right now?

what are you working on right now? What’s your trickiest craft project at the moment?

I’m currently crocheting a Chinese dragon using an English pattern. It includes some stitches that I have to Google first to figure out how to do them. It’s all very complicated, but hopefully the end result will be worth it. It’s going to be a Christmas gift for my brother.

My only project right now is a knitted coat based on an English pattern. After a few minor hiccups at the start, I’m knitting it first with inexpensive yarn as a test (in case I have to rip it out again) and then with the intended wool.
I hope nothing else comes up that’s too tricky, because so far it’s going very well.

My current project is the angel by Polly and Paule. I’m currently working on the
wings and the dress. The angel has to be finished by Friday evening.

I’m working on my jacket. Since I’m altering the pattern (set-in sleeves instead of straight sleeves), I have to think it through and do some calculations. But it’s working out.  

I don’t have anything particularly tricky on my needles right now—for me, the trickiest part right now is finding time to crochet and write patterns. Life is just a whirlwind of everyday chaos right now… one appointment after another…

My little bear is a bit tricky for me because I’m crocheting it out of fuzzy yarn. I’m not exactly fond of the tiny parts I’m working on right now. But I’m confident I’ll have it finished by Christmas.

I only brought one small project with me for the flight and my vacation. I’m crocheting a Christmas tablecloth right now. We’ll see when I can finish it...

I’m three-quarters of the way through my trickiest project: a zigzag border with small bobbles in baby yarn! Today really was a Heinzelmännchen Tuesday: I knitted during both train rides, while chatting with a colleague at a café, and at home in the evening. The little triangular shawl for a baby and the first little bootie are now finished.

So far, the trickiest thing has been my umpteenth attempt to incorporate a diamond lace pattern into a triangular shawl.
In theory, it works wonderfully.
In practice, it only works for a few rows.
So this project is on the back burner for now.
