Weekend Plans: Have a fantastic weekend, everyone.

Dear users, dear authors,
I wish you all a wonderful weekend.
What are your plans?

I’m going to use the weekend to do some crafts… try out new designs and ideas, pick up a long-abandoned project, and crochet some granny squares with leftover yarn.

I also want to try out some new things in baking and cooking.

So it’s going to be a really nice, creative weekend.

This afternoon, I’m changing tires....

Tomorrow, some friends are coming over to play Mario Party on the Nintendo Switch (yes, even grown-ups are allowed to do that ;)) and on Sunday, I’d like to bake a cake for a coworker who lent me the tools to change my tires :)
(I also want to tidy up my messy office a bit... But I’ll put that out of my mind for now ;))

In between, I’d like to type up my new pattern and—if the weather cooperates—take some photos. 

Tomorrow I’m heading to the hair salon first—I’ll use that time to relax and crochet. I’ll have to see which project I take with me. After that, I’ll see. On Sunday, we’re going to a wine fair at a wine merchant’s. It’s sure to be nice, with lots of winemakers and such.

For me, the plan is to tackle household chores (including a mountain of laundry in the basement) and yard work (including trimming trees). Then I still have to deal with data backups—one of my external hard drives broke. Luckily, it’s just something with the electronics inside the case; once I took it out and connected it to the PC via an adapter, I was able to access the data without any problems.
On Saturday evening, we’re going to a birthday party.
I hope I’ll still have time to do some crocheting despite all the work. I’d also like to work a little more on the next pattern.

We got back from vacation last night, and while we were there, I finished the front and back of a sweater as well as half a sleeve. But today and tomorrow, I’ll be doing laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping for next week. The daily madness has me back in its grip!
