Some gifts are hard to wrap in gift wrap and end up looking misshapen. With these pretty crocheted Christmas gift bags, the problem is solved! They can be made in any size you like. I used sock yarn in Christmas colors for them, but any other colorful sock yarn or leftover yarn works just as well. The fluffy edge is made from cuddly yarn. Leftover yarn can also be used for the appliqués.

When you don’t know what the recipient would enjoy, you usually choose money. You can easily put it in an envelope, of course, but that often feels very impersonal. With this funny reindeer money pouch, you can really spruce up a cash gift. It is crocheted from cozy brown yarn or cotton and is sure to be well received. A pouch like this is also perfect for gift certificates.
Here’s the pattern for the reindeer money pouch

Money is often given as a gift, especially at weddings, so the bridal couple can fulfill a bigger wish. This crocheted bridal couple is each made around an empty Kinder Surprise egg capsule. Adjust the look of the two figures to match the real bridal couple (hairstyle, hair color, special features) so that the couple recognizes themselves right away. Then it’s sure to get a place of honor in the display cabinet!

These cute little gnomes are an original gift wrap idea for young and old. They can be crocheted in different sizes and then filled, for example, as an Advent calendar.

The gnomes are very easy and quick to crochet from various leftover yarn. Perfect for beginners—basic knowledge required.

Note: There is also a gnome house to go with the gnomes. Both together are available as a value set in my shop.

This small pouch can hold a packet of tissues. But it’s also a real hit as gift wrapping—for example, money can be hidden between tissues. Or a piece of jewelry, a gift certificate, and much more.

The small pouch can be crocheted very quickly from leftover yarn and is a wonderful gift or little present all on its own. Well suited for beginners—basic knowledge required.

Different variations are shown in the pattern.

A particularly pretty wrapping for a poinsettia is this pot cover. In it, this beautiful potted flower shines just as brightly as the decorations.

The cover is very easy and quick to crochet—even for beginners (with basic knowledge).

The star scatter decorations are included in the pattern package.

These St. Nicholas bags are a HIT!

Because they’re not only quick to crochet—they also hold quite a lot!

Can you do single crochet, crochet in spiral rounds and rows, and do a little sewing?
Then grab the pattern and get started on those bags ♥

If you’d like to give a gift to a child, you should also choose suitable gift packaging. This gift bag with a little Christmas bear would be very well suited for that.

This gift bag is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 19 x 18 x 10 cm. For the bears on both sides of the bag, you’ll need a little time; otherwise, the bag is very easy and quick to make.
