Weekend Plans: How are you all doing?

Dear users, dear authors,
the week is over.
What are your plans?
How are you doing?

I’m still a bit stressed out with all the preparations, since we’re heading to the Netherlands tomorrow. Even though it’s only for a week, there’s still so much to think about... But starting tomorrow afternoon, it’ll be all about relaxing, going for walks, and enjoying the idyllic setting! Our daughter has two friends there and plenty of plans, so there won’t be a dull moment.

We’ll be spending some more time in the garden tomorrow—it’s still sunny and warm here.
Other than that, nothing’s planned yet, except finally adding buttons to my husband’s vest so it’s finished.

Tomorrow we’re going to a friend’s 40th birthday party. We’re taking a boat tour—a 4-hour cruise on the Elbe with plenty of food. Anton will stay with my mother-in-law. He’ll probably have more fun there, and it’ll be more relaxing for us.

And early Sunday morning, we’re going to a baby concert. I’m curious to see what it’ll be like. Classical music for the little ones 

I’ve started translating another pattern into English, since there was some interest.

It’s still a bit of a struggle right now, trying to find the right terms.

Other than that, I’m continuing to work on my pullover UFO.

I have my last night shift today, and tomorrow morning I’m heading to Speyer around nine. We won an overnight stay at a hotel that includes admission to the Historical Museum for this great family exhibition featuring the Sams and children’s book heroes. We’ll be heading back home on Sunday evening. That means I actually didn’t sew a single thing all week. xD

Starting Monday, I’ll continue working on a little coat for my sister’s dog, and I’ll get started on the sweater I’ve been planning for Junior.
