Granny/Runner/Doily

Hier geht's zur Anleitung

You can crochet this runner completely individually, in whatever way works best for you.

I crocheted this one with size 10 crochet thread and a 1.25 mm hook. Once blocked, one granny measures about 15 cm x 15 cm for me; the runner measures about 87 cm x 41 cm when blocked.

I crocheted the red doily with Schachenmayr Catania Originals and a 2.5 mm hook.  Once blocked, it measures about 23 cm x 23 cm for me.
Of course, any other yarn with a matching hook will also work.

You should know chain stitches, slip stitches, double crochet, single crochet, and 3 double crochets crocheted together (the 3 dc crocheted together are also described in the pattern.

The pattern is written out row by row, has plenty of pictures, and includes a crochet chart.
It is also suitable for beginners.

I hope you have lots of fun crocheting :)

If you have any questions, I'm happy to help; just message me here or on Facebook. I will reply as quickly as possible.

Granny Number5 = a flower. This is the granny that most people like best.

It belongs to a series of 6 grannies, all of which match in size and can therefore be combined with each other.

The grannies also look great on their own, and there are many possible uses. A cushion, sprucing up a piece of clothing, or a blanket.

The pattern for Granny Number5 is 9 pages long and is written in detail with a crochet chart and pictures.

Here you can find the pattern for the individual granny, or maybe you’d like to take a look at the entire collection

Granny squares can also be knitted, as these two designs show.

With 7 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic) per granny square and size 3–3.5 knitting needles, you can recreate one or even both of these granny squares.

The two-page PDF pattern is suitable for advanced knitters.

Crocheted board games

2 large granny squares make a bag for a crocheted game of your choice.
You can choose to crochet:

The Ludo game

The Nine Men’s Morris game

The checkers game

All 3 games include the granny bags for transporting and storing the game and the playing pieces, which we also make ourselves, by the way. The games are washable and fit in any travel luggage.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project - Yours, Ina

This case is made up of many small granny squares.

Whether for a cell phone or as a cover for paper tissues, it’s definitely an eye-catcher.

The pattern is described in detail, and many pictures accompany each section. The pattern is supplemented by a crochet chart.
