All children can play with crocheted nativity figures without you having to worry that anything will break! This is a great way to use up lots of small amounts of leftover yarn. You’ll see, it’s a lot of fun because you can really let your creativity run free. Depending on your time and mood, you can start with just a few figures and then gradually expand the nativity scene.
In my shop you’ll find 3 patterns for this:
Basic set: Mary, Joseph, Jesus, ox, donkey, star

  Add-on 1: 3 shepherds, 2 different sheep, angel

Add-on 2: 3 kings, elephant, camel, horse

Why not get started right away, and by Christmas you’ll have a wonderful nativity scene that everyone will envy you for!
You’re sure to have enough leftover yarn at home!

Colorful crocheted pinwheels are fun and fit in any flower pot. Or strung on a cord as a garland for a child's room. Maybe also as a nice gift tag on a package for someone special.
A few colorful leftover cotton yarn scraps, and you're ready to go!

Knitting pattern _ scarf (from) leftover yarn

  Go to the pattern!

Do you also have a closet full of leftover yarn?
With this scarf, you can use it up
creatively and beautifully!

You work from a color chart that you can easily adjust to suit
your leftover yarn.
For the stitch patterns there is a knitting chart; I designed it
so that you can easily transfer the colors you enter in the table
without any hassle.

Length: approx. 190 cm
Width: approx. 22 cm
Gauge: 20 sts + 26 rows = 10 cm
Materials:
100 g black yarn for needle size 4-5
leftovers of any kind and color
(for thinner yarn, simply hold the strand double)
Needle size 4-5
1 crochet hook

Crochet pattern for a floral tablecloth

A sea of flowers.....the flowers are joined together right at the beginning, and the different shapes emerge as you crochet. A large tablecloth for the table, a small doily, or a table runner.

The 16-page pattern guides you step by step to the finished result. The individual rounds of the flower are explained in writing with pictures, and if you prefer to work from a crochet chart, you will find that in my pattern as well. Joining the flowers together is illustrated with lots of pictures.

Once you have crocheted all the flowers and joined them together, the tablecloth is finished with a border. The individual flowers require very little yarn, so this pattern is also ideal for leftover yarn.
For the small doily, crocheted with Catania, I used only 40 grams in total.

Felted Shoes from Leftover Yarn with Homemade Leather Soles

If you have leftover felting wool lying around at home, I have a great idea! You can easily turn it into colorful felted shoes . The model is knitted in one piece. The washing machine does the felting for you. You can make all sizes from size 18 to 45 . If you want to make them really well and professionally, you can also make leather soles and sew them on. Instructions and a template are included. This will make the shoes last four times longer than usual. You’ll find more examples and detailed information by clicking on the headline.

I hope you enjoy this project — Ina

My Favorite Dress for Barbie

This doll dress model is a little addictive. It’s very easy for even crochet beginners to make with 15 g of yarn and a size 2.5 crochet hook. It closes in the back with 3 snap fasteners. It always fits and fits like a glove. Every doll mom will enjoy it. Maybe a nice idea for St. Nicholas Day, too?
You’ll find more information by clicking on the heading.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project - Yours, Ina

Colorful Advent Calendar

All you need is 200 gr of acrylic yarn scraps in 25 different colors and a size 3.5 crochet hook. Then crochet 24 pretty little pouches and fill them with candy and surprises. Arrange them festively on a tray or hang them on a coat hanger. Then print out the template with the stars, cut them out, and attach them to the pouches. Just like that, you’ve created a completely personalized and heartfelt Advent calendar for your children or grandchildren.

And after Christmas, you can use the pouches for your Easter table, too ;-)
You’ll find more information by clicking on the title.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project - Ina

Stella Star
beautiful Christmas decoration made from small or slightly larger leftover yarn

-- to the pattern --

Stella Star is a great way to use up leftover yarn, and you’ll end up with a versatile decoration - whether as window decoration, door wreath, tree ornament, gift tag, or table decoration - it always looks great.

The pattern is, as always, richly illustrated and describes in detail how you - even as a beginner with basic crochet skills - can crochet these stars. For more advanced crocheters, crochet charts are also included.

The pattern contains the instructions for the 3 different sizes - the stars shown were crocheted with cotton yarn (e.g. Gründl Cotton Fun, LL 115m/50g).
Height: 11 / 13 / 22 cm
Yarn usage: 15 / 20 / 45 g

Colorful, bright, and round as a ball—that’s Pino the Bird of Paradise.
He is a totally crazy leftover-yarn eater and will measure approx. 32 cm when finished (using the specified hook size and yarn weight).
