With this crochet project, you can keep yourself busy all fall long if you like. And it’s tons of fun and anything but boring, because you can always crochet one piece in between.
What is it? Very simple: a self-crocheted nativity scene!

You decide which figures you crochet and how many. You can start with the essentials and then crochet more and more to add to it. You’ll see, it’s so much fun!
For materials, you can use leftover yarn you already have, because you need much less than one skein of each color. You’ll find the exact details on material requirements in the corresponding patterns.

First, you’ll probably start with Mary, Joseph, and the Christ Child in the manger.

In this pattern, you’ll also find the patterns for the ox and the donkey, as well as for the poinsettia.

If you still have more time before Christmas and you enjoyed it, you can start with the add-ons, e.g.the shepherds with their sheep.

Here you get the patterns for 3 different shepherds, one standing and one lying sheep, as well as the Christmas angel.

Want it to be even more extensive? Then of course the Three Wise Men are a must!

In addition to the patterns for Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar, there are also patterns for 3 animals: a camel, an elephant, and a white horse.

Well, doesn’t that make you want to get started right away? You can design your figures entirely to your taste and according to your supply of leftover yarn. This will become your very own personal nativity scene that no one else has.

So, let’s go—what are you waiting for? Download the patterns right away!

Christmas table decor

Granny/runner/doily

Hier geht's zur Anleitung

You can crochet this runner individually, just the way it suits you best.

I crocheted this with size 10 crochet thread and a 1.25 mm hook. When blocked, one granny square measures about 15 cm x 15 cm for me; the runner measures about 87 cm x 41 cm when blocked.

I crocheted the red doily with Schachenmayr Catania Originals and a 2.5 mm hook.  When blocked, it measures about 23 cm x 23 cm for me.
Of course, any other yarn with a matching hook will also work.

You should be able to do chain stitches, slip stitches, double crochet, single crochet, and 3 double crochet stitches crocheted together (the 3 dc crocheted together are also described in the pattern).

The pattern is written out row by row, has plenty of pictures, and includes a crochet chart.
It is also suitable for beginners.

I hope you have lots of fun crocheting :)

If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to help; just message me here or on Facebook. I will reply as quickly as possible.

Christmas moose are on their way; they want to get out of the forest and into the living room for the cold season.

Dressed up for Christmas, Roland greets everyone who likes cozy Christmas decorations. Thanks to his bendable arms and legs, he is very flexible and can be placed in the right position lying down, sitting, or hanging :-)

Crochet pattern Roland the Christmas Moose

Roland is made using chain, slip, single crochet stitches, and half double crochet, and when you click on the image, you’ll go to the pattern and get detailed material information.

As always, the pattern is written in a beginner-friendly way without abbreviations.

Start thinking about Christmas now and get started. So, grab your crochet hook and start crocheting Christmas doilies. As a gift or for yourself—one or more.

The star-shaped doily is about 40 cm in diameter and consists mainly of double crochets. Each row is described in detail.

Some gifts are hard to wrap in paper because of their shape. These pretty crocheted gift bags are the perfect solution. You can crochet them in any size you like. They are also an eco-friendly alternative to wrapping paper, since they can be reused every year. They are also wonderful as gift bags for St. Nicholas Day.

They are crocheted from sock yarn in Christmas colors, which creates the basic pattern all by itself. Depending on the size of the bag, you’ll need 50–100 g of sock yarn. Leftover yarn is used for the appliqués.

Sleeveless vests in this sophisticated style instantly jazz up any boring outfit!
Trendy and warm—that’s just how it should be!

This vest is fastened either with a garment clip,

Once you’ve crocheted the pattern repeat, you’ll have the hang of it—
even beginners will enjoy this pattern!

A detailed step-by-step explanation guides you through the crochet process.
For clarity, both a written-out pattern repeat,
as well as a chart in crochet chart form can be found in the pattern.
In addition, a cutting layout with integrated schematic is included.

This pattern is designed for sizes S / M / L / XL.
However, the pattern explains exactly how the vest can easily be adapted to any size.
The included cutting layout and the gauge help with this!

And here’s where you can find the pattern and more details...

Do you like spooky little creatures too?
Then crochet these little, cute, spooky ghosts for yourselves.
As a small gift to bring along, as a bag charm on a daycare bag or for a school backpack—these two are just right for that.
