This Santa has a secret!
With just a few simple steps, he can be transformed into an Easter bunny. See for yourself:

So he’s not only a decoration for Advent and Christmas, but can also be used in spring.
This reversible doll is not difficult to crochet. You’ll need cotton yarn in light green, brown, skin tone, and red, some white fluffy yarn, a 2.5 mm crochet hook, some toy stuffing, and possibly safety eyes.
Crochet this original decoration for yourself! Children especially will have fun with it. You can find the pattern here: Crochet Nikolausi-Osterhasi

You can crochet these cute finger puppets quickly and easily using just a little leftover yarn. They make a wonderful little gift during the Advent season. Children of all ages will love them.
They’re about 9 cm tall, making them perfect as fillers for an Advent calendar. You can also use them for small cash gifts by rolling up a bill and slipping it into the puppet.

A St. Nicholas stocking is a classic decoration that fits perfectly into the pre-Christmas season.

The crochet pattern is available here

This stocking is great for wrapping a gift and can then be used as a pretty decoration.

In my pattern, I used cotton yarn, but all other materials can be used as well - the stocking will be larger with thicker yarn and correspondingly smaller with thinner yarn.

Crocheted with a 3.5 mm hook, the stocking measures approx. 20 cm

Materials needed: approx. 50 g of yarn (approx. 115 m/50 g, 100% cotton) in red, some ribbon, and a Christmas ornament.

The little reindeer is looking forward to wintertime and is a must-have for St. Nicholas Day too!

The pattern is especially suitable for beginners, as it is described in great detail and includes plenty of pictures.
Crocheted with leftover cotton yarn and sock yarn, it will be about 16 cm long and about 19 cm high up to the tip of the antlers.

St. Nicholas gifts naturally belong in suitable packaging, like this one—a spacious and sturdy gift bag.

This St. Nicholas boot is made of cardstock and measures approximately 18.5 x 21 x 9 cm. With a little crafting experience, it’s quick and easy to make; only cutting out the many stars takes a bit of time, so be sure to start early.

This will make everyone look forward to St. Nicholas Day just a little bit more ♥

The detailed crochet pattern explains step-by-step how to crochet these enchanting St. Nicholas bags.

You’ll need 1 skein each of the main colors shown (red, green, and white), plus scraps in skin tone and dark brown. We used cotton yarn with a length of 100 m per 50 g and a size 3 crochet hook.
For the fluffy beards, you’ll need fluffy yarn (e.g., Lenja Baby Soft by Schachenmayr) and a size 3.5 crochet hook.

This makes the St. Nicholas bags large enough to fit an entire bar of chocolate inside :-)

The Christmas Knobblys are, of course, also perfect as little St. Nicholas Day gifts ♥

The crochet pattern is very detailed, and you’ll only need a small amount of cotton yarn (e.g., Schachenmayr Catania) and a size 2.5 crochet hook.

The glitter yarn can easily be replaced with regular cotton yarn ;-)

Ideal for filling or as a decoration during the Christmas season, this Christmas stocking is crocheted in one piece and is also easy for beginners to make.

Leftover yarn is enough for the appliqué, and it can also be used wonderfully as a pendant.

Crochet Pattern Christmas Stocking

To crochet it, you should know chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet.

This Christmas decoration is an original way to wrap monetary gifts, vouchers, or other small items.
After the sack has been emptied, the picture serves as a fun Advent decoration.

Monetary Gift as Christmas Decoration

Chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, as well as half double crochet and double crochet are crocheted. Leftover yarn is enough; the pattern is well suited for beginners.

All patterns are written in a beginner-friendly way without abbreviations.

This dainty, feminine version of the St. Nicholas boot can also be filled with gifts. The relatively small boot can be easily enlarged as needed—all you have to do is extend the straight section of the shaft to the desired height.

The boot is made of cardstock and measures approximately 19 x 22 x 7.5 cm. With a little crafting experience, it’s easy to make and works with or without a crepe paper top.

Snow Crystal

Take a closer look! This is a standard cardboard gift bag. Anyone could buy one and give it as a gift. BUT: Only with the hand-crocheted star does it become special packaging for a special gift. You can use the Snow Crystal as a gift tag or for Christmas decorations. It’s very sturdy and can be decorated in many different ways. You’ll find more information by clicking on the title.

I hope you enjoy this crochet project. Yours, Ina

And another boot! But this one isn’t gift packaging; it’s a window decoration.

This St. Nicholas boot is made from photo cardstock and translucent paper and is approx. 37 x 50.5 cm. If you can already handle a craft knife, you’ll be able to recreate this picture with ease.
