I just went to the bank; the money was transferred on June 29, 2018. It’s been a week (5 banking days) now, and there’s still no record of it in my store credit account. Contacting support is no use because my English isn’t good enough for that. Best regards, Karin Runge

If you have a bank confirmation, you can send that along as well.
Perhaps the payment couldn’t be matched because there was a transposed digit in the payment reference or something similar. Mistakes can easily slip in, and I think that if there is one, it can certainly be corrected quickly.
