how are you? Did you have a nice weekend? How are things going for you? What are you up to? What are you working on today?

Hi,

I’m doing well—except for my sore muscles. The weekend was really nice.

Right now, I’m still at work. I’m done at 3:30 p.m. today, then I’ll
pick up the kids and sit out in the garden with my crochet supplies.
I’m really looking forward to that.

I’m currently crocheting the first sleeve of my vest. According to the pattern, it’s supposed to be a
sleeveless vest, but I don’t like that. That’s why I’m adding sleeves to my vest.

Yes, the weekend was really nice, and I finished up my May projects—in the garden.
Now I’m designing something new and wavering back and forth between different projects. I think I’ll start by making some knitting swatches and then decide.

Also, I’m on a total yarn binge right now because I’m ordering more yarn… after a 6-month “diet”! So excited...

It’s too warm outside today, so I’m using the time to write patterns.

The weekend was really nice. We were at my cousin and his wife’s wedding celebration, and it was truly great. I could eat something from the buffet right now just thinking about it :D

Yesterday I had to give my stomach a break from all the food (and all the champagne and cocktails ;)) and worked on a whole section of my motif blanket!
If I keep this up, I’ll actually finish it in time for Christmas! (2020, mind you :))

The heating guys are coming by again later, then I’ll cook something delicious (just don’t know what yet...) and after that.... No idea. Let’s see what happens :) 

My weekend was nice, too.
I’m trying out some Tunisian patterns. It took me a little while to finally get the hang of it. It’s from a new book, and the instructions aren’t explained very clearly. But now I’ve got it down.

Now I just have to decide which yarn to use—it’ll be either a top or a sweater again.

Sales are still very modest.

I’m currently working on a project for the color challenge and a knitted raglan sweater (the first one I’ve ever made).

This morning, while waiting for the local train, I was lucky enough to spot a red kite in the sky. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a photo of it.
