Sofort-Überweisung

For over a week now, I haven't been able to add funds to my Sofort-Überweisung account, supposedly due to technical issues with my bank (UBS Switzerland). I've never had any problems with this before, and other payments to the bank are working fine. Who can help resolve this issue?

Hello,

Nothing has changed with our payment methods; perhaps the problem lies with your bank?
I would recommend checking with them first.
If everything is in order on the bank’s end, please contact Support at support@crazypatterns.net and include a screenshot of the error message.
