You can always use bookmarks. These ones are perfect for Easter and are super easy to crochet. And they’re so quick to make that you can crochet a whole bunch of them in a single afternoon. This is a great way to use up small scraps of yarn. Paired with an exciting book, it makes a very personal Easter gift!

Experienced crocheters can crochet both quickly in one weekend.
Beginners will get a quick sense of achievement with the headband:

Crochet pattern for scarf/cowl and headband PLAYFUL in a simple shell pattern

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

The scarf can also be sewn together and worn as a cowl (wrapped twice around the neck), basically in any season . Add the matching headband and you have a pretty (gift) set.

I made the set with summery cotton yarn, here Schachenmayr Cotton Bamboo, 50% cotton / 50% viscose,50 g – 120 m, needle size according to the label 3 - 4, crochet hook size 4.0 used here; gauge according to the label 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Please choose alternative yarns (e.g., Merino Extrafine 120 by Schachenmayr) according to the information above.

Yarn required / finished measurements:

  • 150 g for the scarf/cowl: approx. 14 cm x 140 cm – length variable
  • 50 g for the headband - size variable
The 8-page PDF pattern is illustrated, but requires the following basic crochet skills:
chain stitches, double crochet, single crochet, crocheting in rows. A link with explanations of the basic skills is included in the PDF.

Difficulty level: easy – also suitable for advanced beginners.

Whether Easter is in snow or clover — crochet is always OK:

Crochet pattern Möbius Cowl 1-2-3-4

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

This cowl gives you a quick sense of success.

It is crocheted from approx. 60 g of a merino yarn with 50 g – 160 m yardage and hook size 3 – 4 (here with a 3.5 mm crochet hook) and is quickly finished in an afternoon. Beginners should allow themselves a little more crochet time.
However, other yarns with a suitable hook size can also be used. In my opinion, though, the pattern shows up better in finer yarns.

The Möbius technique in crochet is considerably easier than in knitting.

For the illustrated PDF pattern basic crochet skills are enough (chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch). Link tips for learning to crochet are included and are also available here: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/haekeln-lernen

When you’re preparing your Easter meal, you’ll need pot holders—whether it’s a hearty roast pork or a vegetarian lasagna. You can’t do without them.
The good news: You can easily knit some pot holders before then. They’re quick to make with thick cotton yarn and aren’t difficult at all.

Mini Sheep Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

These adorable mini sheep measure about 7 cm and are perfect as keychains, bag charms, or decorations. You can crochet them in any color, making each sheep completely one of a kind! To create a more woolly texture, the sheep are crocheted with bobbles. I explain these in detail at the beginning of the pattern so you can crochet the body quickly. These mini keychains make great gifts, especially now for Easter :-) ! You should know how to:
  • Increase and decrease single crochet stitches
  • Single crochet
  • How to make a magic ring
  • In general, these mini sheep shouldn’t be your first amigurumi project
This 17-page illustrated crochet pattern explains everything step by step. I’ll even walk you through sewing the individual parts together ;-) What you’ll need:
  • A 2 mm crochet hook
  • Scraps of yarn (approx. 6–7 g) in the color you want your sheep to be (white, cream, beige, brown, black...). This yarn must be suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook
  • Googly eyes and superglue
  • Stuffing
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • A small keyring (1.5 cm in diameter) or a thin piece of string so you can hang up the little sheep at the end

There are many ways to present these lovingly decorated Easter eggs so they really stand out. This double egg holder is one of them—a very simple yet original option.

The double holder is made of photo cardstock and measures approximately 9 x 12.5 x 5 cm. It’s very easy and quick to make.

Everything is easy to crochet, even for beginners. The pattern is written without abbreviations and is printer-friendly, as the pictures are arranged on separate pages.

Great for beginners and for using up leftover yarn. Very quick to crochet (for experienced crocheters: about 10 minutes per bunny)
