Dear users, dear authors,
how are things going for you? What are you up to? How are you doing?

I’m a bit short on time. My daughter is here this week, and between various visits, there isn’t much time left. But I still manage to get a few rows in here and there. Next week, I might even get around to tackling a project using up my leftovers!

Next week is already UFO Week—time is flying by!

Things are going really well for me. I’m in the final stages of my “Reste-Beste” project and just need to sew it all together. All my Easter
projects are already done, and I’ve even finished my Mom’s Mother’s Day gift. It was more of a coincidence, but at least I’ve got it done.
Now that I have a little time to catch my breath, I’d like to continue working on the long-term blanket for my little one.
Lent starts tomorrow, after all. And like every year, I’m giving up playing Nintendo. Seriously, I’ll admit it—that farm game is really relaxing, and I play it for about 15–30 minutes every evening.
Instead, I’ll spend that time every evening crocheting the shawl for my friend. I hope I’ll be able to finish it by Good Friday, when I’ll see her again.

Otherwise, everyone at home is healthy, the holidays are over, and we’re back to our daily routine.

I’m looking forward to the next few days. We’re going on a trip to visit our nearly 2-year-old granddaughter. Of course, I’ll be taking the last few knitted gifts with me.

We’ll also be visiting our other older grandchildren—an 11-year-old girl and two boys, ages 6 and 8. They’ll get cute egg cozies with faces on them, and their mom will get a tissue pouch.

I might not be here as often, but I’ll definitely check in every day.

Finally, some positive news about my arm and shoulder: the biggest restriction has been released.
Now the treatment is going deeper, which is very painful, but that’s something I’m willing to put up with.
Until I’m allowed to pick up my crochet hook again, I’m enjoying your photos and stories.
