Crochet patterns for Easter

Paintbrush Bunny Door Wreath

This door wreath with the hardworking egg painter is a little splash of color for Easter; unfortunately, quite a few eggs have broken on the little bunny.
Leftover yarn is enough for the small parts, and for the wreath I used 50 g of green / Lisa by gründl.

Details & Pattern

You should be familiar with the following when crocheting:
  • chain stitches
  • slip stitches
  • single crochet stitches
  • half double crochet
  • double crochet
  • treble crochet and the magic ring

Cuckoo Egg Easter Wreath
This wreath is versatile; it can be used both as a door wreath or as an Easter basket (on the wall or on the table).
The chick also looks great on its own and can be crocheted quickly from leftover yarn. If you like it colorful, use up your leftover yarn.

Details & Pattern

You should know these techniques and stitches
  • magic ring
  • increasing and decreasing stitches
  • chain, slip, and single crochet stitches
  • half double crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet

Easter Paintbrush Bunny "Shabby"

Shabby swings cheerfully on his paintbrush in vintage style (instructions for making it are included in the pattern), a lovely decoration to hang up.

Details & Pattern

A few leftover yarns are enough to make it, and you'll quickly have a small Easter gift to bring along.

All patterns are beginner-friendly and written without abbreviations.

Are you looking for an Easter decoration that you can also use in winter? Then the reversible doll “Nikolausi-Osterhasi” is just the thing for you! All you have to do is turn it inside out—and the bunny instantly turns into Santa Claus!

This reversible doll is lots of fun, versatile, and easy to crochet. The project uses Catania by Schachenmayr in the colors red, cinnamon, soft apricot, and light green, as well as thin white plush yarn (Doudou by Lang Yarns) and a 2.5 mm crochet hook.

The Easter bunny and chick—each crocheted around an empty “Ü-Ei” capsule—make a pretty package for a little Easter surprise or a cash gift. I have them displayed as Easter decorations at home, and my grandchildren are always delighted when they find a little piece of candy inside their bellies.
Here, fluffy yarn was used (Phil Douce by Phildar or Baby Teddy by Rico), but you can easily crochet them from cotton as well.Click here for the pattern!
