I think bold colors are especially great for kids. Personally, I prefer to knit or crochet for myself in more subdued colors, but for some people they’re perfect!

A cowl with a ric-rac look!
This is a very special cowl that looks best made from colorful yarn.
It is easier to knit than it looks, using only knit stitches. The pattern has lots of pictures and is easy to understand.

With this crochet project, you can use all your bright colors. You only need a few grams of each color; scraps are enough, too. The pattern is very suitable for crochet beginners because I explain and show everything in detail.

In the end, we have a beautiful and practical craft bucket and a new home for our craft tools. In the Craft Bucket, all crochet hooks, scissors, and other tools find their place. Nicely sorted by size, you can see everything at a glance and don't have to
search for long anymore. Your current crochet project goes in the bucket. Equipped like this, you can settle down anywhere with your craft bucket and always have everything with you. Mine is now even allowed to stay on the couch in the living room all the time. I'm very happy that I now always have all my things together. And you can, too!

I wish you lots of joy making it. Warm regards - Ina

Yellow is a bright, bold color. It shines and draws everyone's attention. My Barbie doll likes her new dress. Even as an adult, it makes me want to play with it :-) And you can crochet it too!

The dress is part of my "Swing" clothing series. Take a look at the other models in the series too: bag, hats, short dress ... - there's something for everyone, and everything combines beautifully.

I hope you have lots of fun with this project. Yours, Ina

Colorfully striped is Pino Bird of Paradise.
If you have larger amounts of leftover yarn available, you can crochet this funny bird of paradise. He is a totally crazy leftover-yarn eater and has devoured so much leftover yarn that he has become round as a ball.

Once finished, Pino will be approx. 32 cm tall (when using the specified hook size and yarn weight). You will receive a detailed 20-page pattern with lots of photos to guide you through making it.
Also suitable for ambitious beginners

Required skills:

The pattern does not include a basic course. You should know how to crochet single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches, as well as chain and slip stitches.

You will also need:
  • approx. 200 g leftover yarn (needle size 3 - 4) in various colors
  • crochet hook size 4.5

Now it’s getting colorful! Funny dachshund Wasti has a lot to offer! There is a zipper on the underside of his belly, so you can store pencils, crochet hooks, or other small items inside him. For this pencil case, you can make wonderful use of your colorful leftover yarn—the more colorful, the better! The dachshund is easy to crochet, because all you need to crochet is single crochet stitches.

I love bright colors in winter! Here is my hooded scarf:
With the convertible "Harlekin" hooded scarf, you’ll be turning heads! It can be worn in different ways. One way, the scarf lies loosely over your shoulders and buttons at the neck,
another way, you wrap it around your neck and button it at the nape
of your neck.
The pattern includes
  • two detailed crochet charts,
  • written instructions and
  • a photo tutorial,
  • notes on three help videos (bobbles, puff stitch, foundation single crochet).
Thanks to the detailed description, the hooded scarf is also suitable for beginners
and if questions come up, I’m always happy to help.
The Harlekin hooded scarf is worked from front to back. This gives it
the hood shape. First we work in rows,
then in rounds. The hat gets its round head shape through a simple
reduction of the pattern. You don’t need to count much! The scarf
is crocheted on afterward. When it’s very cold, you can fasten the
scarf at the nape of your neck.

Material:Any other yarn can be used; it does NOT have to be a gradient cake. If you use thinner or thicker yarn, you must
follow the cm measurements.
But you can also adjust those to fit your head. For
my hooded scarf, I used an alpaca gradient cake, 3-ply, 200 g with
500 m. I crocheted it with a 5 mm hook and 3–4 buttons
of your choice. To the pattern Click here

Hats in particular can be colorful! I once crocheted a hat from a Bobbel. There are matching wrist warmers to go with it.
The pattern makes all the difference! With size chart! With this crochet pattern, you can easily crochet a pretty hat
. The pattern is quite simple, but very effective. Using
photos and a helpful video, you’ll be shown exactly how to start at the
edge and work your way toward the center of the head. No major counting is involved! There is an exact crochet chart for the pattern from the first to the last round. The pattern is suitable for Bobbel yarn and other yarn. Thanks to the size chart, you can crochet it in all sizes. If
questions come up, you can contact me anytime!
My materials (you can also use any other yarn!!):1 Bobbel, 100g, 250 meters, 6-ply, hook size 4.5mm  To the pattern Click here

The matching wrist warmers for the hat, of course colorful too!
These great wrist warmers are quick to make and match the "Sea Breeze" beanie! The size can be adjusted individually. I crocheted mine from
gradient yarn (Bobbel). But it’s no problem to use a different
yarn. Leftovers can also be used up nicely!
My yarn usage was 50 g, 6-ply gradient yarn
cotton/acrylic with a yardage of 250 meters per 100 g. I crocheted
with hook size 4.5.
The wrist warmers are crocheted with half double crochet, double crochet, and single crochet
stitches.
The pattern includes photos, text and a crochet chart, as well as a video.

Especially during the shortest days of the year, we often long for bright colors that make the gray a little more bearable. How about little colorful pouches that you can knit all your colorful sock yarn leftovers into? They’re fun to knit, and afterward they can be used nicely as gift wrapping—which is often needed at this time of year!

This scarf is especially well suited for colorful gradient yarns; because it is knitted diagonally, it really shows off the colors. The gradients can be long or short, bright and colorful or more subtle—whatever you like. The pattern is simple. One side of the scarf has a lace edge, but it shouldn’t cause any major difficulties.

You can find the pattern here.

A pop of color in cheeky purple for winter......

Beanie for Her and Him

In cheeky violet, the beanie with a post-stitch pattern is a real eye-catcher and pop of color......not just on gloomy fall and winter days. Whether as a gift or for yourself, this hat simply puts you in a good mood.
The crocheted pattern looks knitted,... elegant and timeless.

Not in the mood for...... increases or decreases? ...... counting pattern repeats or rows??** ...... annoying sewing together??

Then this hat is definitely something for you. :-)

It was crocheted with a size 4 crochet hook and the cotton blend yarn Mango uni by Gründl. The yardage is 133 m/50 g, and a little more than 2 skeins are needed for the stated size. If you crochet tightly, use a hook 1-2 sizes larger. Details about colors and quantities are included in the pattern.

The pattern comprises 13 pages and numerous pictures; the individual steps are described in detail. Crocheting the post double crochet stitches is shown in words and pictures. The pattern is also suitable for beginners. The pattern uses chain stitches (ch), double crochet (dc), and post double crochet stitches.

This colorful kids’ jacket is a real eye-catcher and keeps the little ones nice and cozy. It has a hood and pockets at the front. It has (almost) no seams. Only the pockets need to be sewn onto one side at the end.

Difficulty level: You should already have some prior knowledge and practice in knitting.

The pattern is easy to knit. Everything is included in the 30+ page pattern.

The pattern covers sizes 92–104. The jacket grows with your child.

Click here for the knitting pattern for the children’s jacket with a hood and pockets.
