This elegant triangular shawl with an openwork pattern and waves is just the thing for spring. It’s light and airy, yet still warm. And it’s incredibly versatile—you can even wear it as a poncho.

It’s best to get started right away. That way, you won’t get bored on those long winter evenings, and by spring, this lovely piece will be ready for your first spring walk.

Difficulty level: medium—some knitting experience is recommended

Click here for the knitting pattern for the poncho-style triangular shawl with waves and an openwork pattern.

Also comfortable to wear in spring:

Knitted Shirt/Pullover 'ALGARVE'

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Two in one knitting pattern:
Sleeveless long shirt
, ideal for leggings, and with sleeves, a cotton pullover knitted in a simple lace pattern . Thanks to the pattern, it results in ONE SIZE for women’s sizes 38 - 44. Smaller sizes can be worn as "oversized." Weight gain and loss are therefore no problem.

Material:
300 g (without sleeves) / 550 g (pullover) Austermann Algarve (100% cotton; 50 g – 142 m) for needle size 2.5 – 3.5; here: knitting needle 3.5, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle, row counter helpful but not absolutely necessary. Gauge according to the yarn label: 27 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

The PDF pattern contains the images from the image gallery (see above); no additional images are included because of the simple cut.

Basic knitting knowledge is sufficient, including yarn over, knit 2 stitches together, slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over (this is explained).

In spring as an outdoor jacket, on summer evenings a chic lightweight piece..

Cardigan/Knitted Jacket Gita - Sizes 36 to 42 One Size

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

..cozy and warming in winter - whether at the office or for festive occasions, etc...

This cardigan is a knitted lightweight piece for all seasons – whether worn over or under – simple and with an eye-catching collar area. Both patterns used are absolutely easy (only knit and purl stitches). The collar design requires a little attention. Unlike the “Margit” model, the sleeves are knitted with a sleeve cap. The length is variable.

The illustrated pattern with stitch- and row-by-row instructions is based on a gauge of approx. 14.5 sts = approx. 10 cm with size 6.0 knitting needles. Due to the casual shape and stretchiness of the jacket, one stitch more or less is not that crucial. If there are larger gauge deviations, please choose a larger or smaller knitting needle size. The pattern does not include a knitting course, but does include helpful link tips.

We need
225 g KidSilk by Austermann, color 40 Emerald, 75% kid mohair, 25% silk, details according to the ball band: needles 3–4, 18 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm, hand wash, 25 g – 225 m yardage;
Alternative yarns: e.g. Kid-Seta (Schulana) or Kid Mohair or KidSilk (Adriafil) – the same quantity in each case for the total back length of approx. 71 cm knitted here. It is knitted with the yarn held double. Additional alternative yarns are listed in the pattern.

Used here: knitting needle size 6.0, pins, measuring tape, yarn needle for sewing in ends, scissors, stitch marker, row counter if needed.

  • These crochet skills are enough: chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches.
The PDF crochet pattern contains
  • Short version of the pattern
  • Step-by-step pattern with photos
  • Crochet techniques for beginners as well as helpful links
Material:
Basically, you can use any yarn you like, with a hook about one to two sizes larger than recommended on the yarn label.
Fine lace yarns are especially recommended for this pattern. 4-ply sock yarn also works well.

In spring and summer, you can finally dig those airy crocheted pieces out of your closet again!
Don’t have one yet?
How about the “Brücken” soul warmer ?

You’ll receive written, richly illustrated step-by-step instructions as well as the crochet chart .

This pattern can be crocheted with any type of yarn and a matching crochet hook, and in any size! (However, I recommend using a hook no larger than size 5, otherwise it will become too stiff)

You should be familiar with the following stitches:

chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet

Click here for the pattern! Have fun! :)

Crochet pattern for an asymmetrical dress made from gradient yarn cakes

-->> Click here for the pattern

This asymmetrical summer dress, with its longer back and beautiful color gradient, is guaranteed to be an eye-catcher. It’s perfect for the coming summer when you want to wear something a little different.

Since this is worked in rounds, you save yourself the hassle of annoying seaming. The main part of the dress consists of two relatively simple crochet patterns, separated from each other by single crochet and half double crochet stitches. The border is also crocheted onto the hem at the end.

The dress can be crocheted in all sizes, but this requires the following:

  • you can take your own measurements
  • you can use the specified pattern repeat measurements to recalculate the crochet pattern for yourself
Calculation examples for the conversion are of course also included.

The pattern includes written crochet instructions, crochet charts, and many step-by-step pictures.

Difficulty level: Intermediate to advanced

What you need:

Approx. 500 g of any gradient yarn cake (or 2 identical ones) – 3-ply + glitter yarn – approx. 2000 m total yardage, recommended hook size 3

What you need to know:

chain stitches, single crochet, half and whole double crochet stitches as well as treble crochet stitches, slip stitches, independently recalculating using the specified pattern repeat measurements, as well as 10x10 cm gauge swatches
