Your little train driver is sure to love the crocheted train! The train is big enough that you can also put small dolls inside, such as Lego figures or Playmobil figures. It is especially suitable for small children because it can be washed and because there are no hard or sharp parts to injure themselves on.
It is not at all difficult to crochet, but it does take some time.

With this value bundle, which includes the patterns for the locomotive and the cars, you save 25% compared to buying the individual patterns.

A Möbius scarf is simply not a normal scarf and is especially suitable as a Christmas gift.

Now as a set with calculation help:

VALUE SET: Knit MÖBIUS scarves/loops - away from the neck or close to the neck - just as you like

((To purchase/download, please click the image)

The value set includes:

  • PDF knitting pattern for 3 cast-on techniques /
    knitting pattern for 2 models
    ; pattern is richly illustrated
  • Excel spreadsheet with calculated formulas
  • PDF explanation of the Möbius principle
Learn the basic principle and three cast-on techniques for knitting Möbius scarves/loops, try them out, and choose your favorite method :-)

Model 1 – Colorful - is a Möbius loop/scarf with a circumference of approx. 90 cm and a height of approx. 20 cm, which can be worn wonderfully in various ways as a shoulder warmer and neck warmer. For this we only need 1 ball of Woolly Hugs Bandy, here color no. 7.

Model II – Möbius collar in milky white nestles wonderfully around the neck like a turtleneck, but can also be worn as a headband. This model is wonderfully suitable as a gift and can be knitted in just a few hours. For this we only need 1 ball of merino yarn, 50 g – 85 m, e.g. Merino 85 by Austermann or Schachenmayr.

Both models are worked in a simple reversible rib pattern.

In addition, there is an Excel spreadsheet for calculating your personal desired measurements for a knitted or crocheted Möbius scarf and the corresponding number of cast-on stitches according to your individual gauge.

Technical note: for this, the
Excel spreadsheet calculation program or another calculation program that can be downloaded free of charge from the internet, such as LibreOffice, is required. (Note: Sometimes a line saying "Protected View" appears at the top; in that case, please click "Enable Editing".)

These knitting skills are required: casting on stitches, knit and purl stitches, knitting in the round, knit stitches together, purl stitches together, yarn over, bind off. A basic knitting course is not included, but link tips are.

Are you looking for a small, personal gift for your loved ones?
These fingerless mitts are perfect for that!

The simple yet sophisticated cable pattern is fun, and the result is simply delightful.
And anyone who likes can get creative and dress them up with rhinestones!

A detailed description guides you step by step through the knitting process.
In addition, a chart in knitting chart format helps with the pattern repeat.

Also a lovely project for beginners who want to expand their skills!

The length of the finished mitts is about 20 cm.
Of course, as always, the gauge is included.

Perfect, too, if you want to shrink your leftover yarn stash!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Christmas socks for all ages, or even as an Advent calendar:

Knitting pattern
Socks made from 6-ply yarn - course with charts for all sizes

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Socks made from 6-ply sock yarn are, above all, quicker to knit than socks made from 4-ply yarn. They are usually preferred for house and bed socks, hut slippers, or even for hiking in mountain boots. Men love socks like these in work shoes. What a Christmas gift.

This is basically a sock-knitting course, shown in detail with photos using children's socks in size 32/33.

All other sizes can be knitted according to the corresponding chart information for 6-ply sock yarn .

Included in the download :

  • PDF sock-knitting pattern - illustrated step by step (22 pages)
  • Baby sock chart for 6-ply sock yarn, for newborns up to shoe size 20
  • Sock chart for 6-ply sock yarn for children's socks up to adult shoe size 47
We need
1 ball = 150 g (yardage approx. 420 m to 450 m) up to shoe size 44; 200 g – 250g from size 45 of a 6-ply sock yarn; used here: the especially soft Christmas yarn color 02 “Mally Socks – Lungauer Sockenwolle” by Ferner Wolle, 75% merino, 25% polyamide; gauge approx. 22 sts x 31 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm; set of double-pointed needles 3.5; row counter is helpful; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.

Note:
For 4-ply sock yarns, there is a separate sock-knitting course with corresponding charts here in my shop at https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/5603/sockenstrick-lehrgang-fuer-4-faediges-garn-alle-groessen-fuer-baby-kinder-damen-herrensocken

A simple, great hat for any outfit:

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

A very easy-to-crochet hat for various styles, so ONE hat model wearable in all the pictured variations, for both men and women. Also easy to make for children or as a simple hat for babies (though a thinner yarn is recommended).

  • no gauge (it doesn’t come down to the exact centimeter),
  • no increases or decreases,
  • for any yarn you like
  • possible in all sizes.

The PDF pattern includes photos.

These crochet skills are needed: chain stitches, single crochet.
Everything else and slip stitches are explained. Video link tips for learning to crochet for beginners are included in the PDF.

By the way: A matching crochet pattern for an infinity scarf to go with this hat is also available here in my shop: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/20003/haekel-moebius-loop-schal-fuer-alle-einfach

What would Christmas be without decorations:

Crochet pattern for Christmas decoration / star / flower

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

The decorative piece consists of two parts, each of which can also be used separately. Finished size with the yarn listed below: approx. 7 cm in diameter.

The PDF pattern includes plenty of pictures.

A small amount of leftover yarn of approx. 10 g of metallic yarn is enough, e.g. used here: Nora Madeira, 25 g – 100 m, 80% viscose, 20% metallized polyester for crochet hook size 2.5 - 3.0.
However, any yarn you like with a suitable crochet hook size can also be used. The size of the finished piece will then change according to the yarn.
You will also need a size 2.5 crochet hook, scissors, and a yarn needle.

These crochet skills are required:
chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, slip stitches, crocheting in rows, and crocheting in rounds. The pattern includes link tips for crochet techniques.

This little guard bear reliably watches over any room door. It’s especially useful for children, because then you don’t need a key anymore.

In my shop there is also a version for owl lovers. Both patterns are available as a value set.
