Cozy Sweater and Cardigan Black & White - Crochet Patterns -

Now that it’s getting cooler, cozy feel-good clothing is just what you need again, and these are perfect to start on a weekend.

How about a trendy sweater with a practical front pocket?

Or a lovely cardigan?

Both designs get their beautiful textures from working with front and back post treble crochet stitches. The contrast of black and white is timeless and always fits. Both designs are unisex, and the matching beanies are also available in my shop.

The patterns are relatively challenging, and you should definitely be comfortable with all types of post stitches before taking on a project like this.

Skill level: Medium to difficult

What you need for this:

Rellana Joy black and white  (100 g = 250 g yardage approx. 800 g of each color (if you want to make both)
Buttons for the cardigan
Crochet hook 4.5 and yarn needle

What you need to know:

Chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, as well as the various post double crochet stitches

You can find exact details in the respective product description

You can knit this baby blanket in a very cozy and easy way. You just need to pay a bit more attention to the hearts.

The blanket itself is, of course, super cozy too, and every baby will feel comfortable and safe in it. It is also knitted from extra-fine merino wool and later crocheted around the edge.

Knitting beginners with basic skills can give this a try too. Everything is described in detail in the pattern, and it also includes a simple pattern chart.

These leggings for little girls can be knitted comfortably and easily at the coffee table. They are worked in one piece from top to bottom, so there are no seams. Super comfortable and warm, just the way little children love them.

To the delight of all knitting grandmas and mothers, these leggings grow with the child for at least 2 years. The pattern describes a size from 1.5 to 3 years. By lengthening the legs, they can be worn even longer.

It's easy to chat and knit over a cup of coffee or tea, for example socks like these:

Knitting pattern
Socks made from 6-ply yarn - course with tables for all sizes

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Socks made from 6-ply sock yarn are a little thicker. They are usually preferred as house socks and bed socks, hut slippers, or for hiking in mountain boots. Men love socks like these in work shoes.

This is basically a sock-knitting course, illustrated in detail using children's socks in size 32/33.

All other sizes can be knitted according to the corresponding table information for 6-ply sock yarn .

Included in the download :

  • PDF sock-knitting pattern - illustrated step by step (22 pages)
  • Baby sock table for 6-ply sock yarn for newborns up to shoe size 20
  • Sock table for 6-ply sock yarn, children's socks up to adult shoe size 47
We need
1 ball = 150 g (yardage approx. 420 m to 450 m) up to shoe size 44; 200 g – 250g from size 45 upward of a 6-ply sock yarn, here using the especially soft Christmas yarn color 02 “Mally Socks – Lungauer Sockenwolle” by Ferner Wolle, 75% merino, 25% polyamide; gauge approx. 22 stitches x 31 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm; set of double-pointed needles 3.5; row counter is helpful; measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends.

Note:
For 4-ply sock yarns, there is a separate sock-knitting course with corresponding tables here in my shop at https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/5603/sockenstrick-lehrgang-fuer-4-faediges-garn-alle-groessen-fuer-baby-kinder-damen-herrensocken

When it gets damp and cold outside, I make myself comfortable at home with a warmed-up grain pillow. It’s nice against your back or even for cold feet. Of course, the pillow should also be decorative, which is why I designed this pretty pillow cover in a popcorn stitch pattern. The stitch pattern is explained in detail in the pattern. The bumps prevent too much heat from being transferred, so the pillow doesn’t get too hot. The back is crocheted in single crochet and lets a little more warmth pass through.

Pattern for a cowl with a wave pattern

This soft, cuddly cowl is just the thing
to knit comfortably on the side.

The knitting pattern is very simple; it uses only knit and purl stitches,
so it is also very well suited for beginners!

You need 100 g of sock yarn and 100 g of matching
yarn with mohair,
1 strand of each yarn, so with a double strand, the cowl is knitted on a
size 5 circular knitting needle.

It can get really cozy on the sofa once Knuffi the Cuddle Pillow is finished crocheting.

You will receive a detailed 16-page pattern with lots of photos for quick crocheting.
The cuddle pillow has a finished size of approx. 45 x 45 cm, measured without the head and paws.
It is crocheted like a cover and is suitable for a 40 x 40 cm pillow insert.

You should know how to crochet single crochet stitches, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches, as well as chain stitches and slip stitches.
Also well suited for beginners

Required materials:
  • Crocheted with fluffy yarn, hook size 6–7 (in this case I used “myboshi Flausch”), in the colors kolibri (7 skeins of 50 g each, 90 m / 50 g), Schneeeule (1 skein of 50 g, 90 m / 50 g)
  • Yarn for hook size 3–4 (133 m / 50 g) in the colors white, rose, mint, turquoise, and black. Leftovers are enough.
  • Crochet hooks size 7 and 3.5
  • Yarn needle, darning needle, stuffing

There’s nothing like a festively decorated table!

Filet crochet is perfect for creating a decorative Christmas atmosphere.

A charted pattern guides you through the Christmas design.

The finished table runner is approximately 60 x 20 cm in size.
However, the listed gauge and the chart leave room for individual lengths.
