Do you still have some parcel twine left somewhere? It can be put to wonderful use:

Crochet pattern for the easy eco mesh bag Bernau #2

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Thanks to the use of parcel twine, this bag can also withstand heavier shopping loads. If you like, you can also line the bag.

  • With bag handle
  • also as a drawstring pouch/shoulder bag – as a shopper
  • or even carried on your back – “piggyback” – as a small backpack.
  • Any yarn you like is possible with the appropriate hook size, used here: 250 g parcel twine
    (100% hemp), 200 g – 160 m yardage and 6.0 mm crochet hook;
2 stitch markers recommended, cord stoppers if needed.
  • Any desired size possible
  • Also suitable for using up leftover yarn (color changes are explained)
  • Easy to crochet – basic crochet skills are enough

Included in the download :

  • PDF crochet pattern for the bag, cord, and crocheted heart – with photos, and the bag pattern also in a short version
  • PDF Crochet Basics – basic crochet techniques – with photos

Turn old into new—in this case, turn an empty plastic bucket into a practical craft bucket. Here you can keep all your tools neatly organized. You’ll never have to search again and will always have everything ready. You can use different bucket sizes. Feel free to take a look at my examples.

To crochet such a lovely colorful bucket, you’ll need about 220 g of colorful Bravo leftover yarn (or similar; all yarns should have the same weight) and a size 3.5 crochet hook. And then you’re ready to get started!

I hope you enjoy this project—Ina

I hope you enjoy this project - yours, Ina

Crochet Pattern: Jars as Gift Packaging
Old jars can be wonderfully used as gift packaging—just get out your leftover yarn and crochet around the lids.
Especially now at Christmas, they’re great for cookies or other treats.

Details & Pattern

The pattern is written without abbreviations and is also suitable for beginners.

We’ve all been there—there are always pretty empty jars around the house that are far too nice to throw away. Now you can transform them into a crocheted lantern for any occasion!

I’ve crocheted around some small Hipp jars here. But the pattern is written so that you can adapt it to any jar size.

All you need is some leftover yarn, a few beads for decoration, and a size 2.5 crochet hook.

The pattern uses: chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, and slip stitches

And if you use beautiful Christmas colors instead of summer colors, you’ll also have a gorgeous decoration for Christmas dinner right away!

With an old PET bottle, a rhinestone chain, and some yarn, you can create a sparkling eye-catcher for your wrist—or a great gift for dear friends—in no time at all with a little skill.

Thanks to the flexible and lightweight material, these bangles are super comfortable to wear.

The bangles are washable at 30 degrees in a laundry bag.

You’ll receive very detailed instructions as a PDF file with over 20 step-by-step photos.
