A great companion for the transitional season:
Poncho "Cappuccino" - versatile, cuddly soft, and simply beautiful
.

Thanks to two cleverly placed buttons, this poncho is a true
quick-change artist. Since the buttons fit through the lace pattern, it is
not necessary to work in buttonholes - so the buttons can be fastened at any
desired spot - creating a wide variety of
ways to wear it!

Here is the pattern

Two Woolly Hugs BOBBEL-COTTON (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, yardage = 800 m/200 g) in color no. 02 were used for the poncho.

Detailed description as a PDF file with text, crochet chart, and step-by-step photos.

Knit a striped vest for babies and toddlers (1 to 3 years)

A vest is the perfect garment for the transition season. Add a long-sleeved shirt underneath and jeans, and the sporty, comfy play outfit is complete. Kids like it this uncomplicated — and so do moms and grandmas ;-)

Click here and you’ll go straight to the pattern with lots of info and photos!

This vest has something special: the armband knitted on directly in garter stitch! Interesting, right?

I selected two yarns from Debbie Bliss: a summer yarn and a winter yarn. The highlight: they have exactly the same gauge! So you can knit with the same pattern using both yarns — depending on your taste and the season!

You’ll receive a step-by-step pattern with lots of high-quality photos and illustrations! The PDF pattern consists of 12
pages and is suitable for advanced knitters.

An elegant shawl that can be turned into a cape in no time, versatile and elegant: that’s Nite Flite.

It’s actually a long, rectangular stole knitted lengthwise. The bottom edge features a delicate lace pattern. The clever part is that you can thread a ribbon through the top, allowing you to wear the shawl as a poncho or cape.

Crochet pattern + knitting pattern
Soul warmer and cuffs - crocheted to look knitted - easy

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

One size - quick and easy

Soul warmer + cuffs - whether crocheted or knitted: cozy pieces like these are popular all year round, whether on cool summer days, as an outdoor jacket in the transitional season, or on the couch in winter..

And yes, the crochet pattern looks knitted and is just as cuddly soft.
But knitters will get their money’s worth too. The stitch pattern is very similar.

The PDF pattern is detailed over 23 pages with photos and contains both the crochet pattern and the knitting pattern for the soul warmer and the arm/leg warmers.

The stitches used are explained with photos.
So general crochet or knitting skills are sufficient.

Basically, any yarn you like can be used. However, the amount of yarn can vary greatly depending on the yarn choice and needle/hook size. Details are provided in the pattern. My yarn usage when using an alpaca yarn, 50 g – 100 m, according to the label for needle size 3 – 4, but used here: crochet hook size 8.0

  • for the soul warmer, approx. 500 g in the crochet version
(approx. 800 g in the knitted version with needle size 6.0),
  • for the cuffs approx. 100 g in both versions

Crochet Pattern Poncho with Möbius Shawl Collar (Loop) - easy

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Quick and easy to crochet...

Decide while crocheting how large you want the poncho to be – you simply stop crocheting whenever you like.

Poncho and Möbius scarf are made with thick gradient yarn 100 g – 100 m and a size 8.0 crochet hook. Yarn needed for both pieces approx. 700 g.

The PDF pattern includes the poncho and Möbius scarf and is illustrated, but it is not a crochet course in itself.

These crochet skills are needed:
chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches, crocheting in rows, crocheting in rounds.

By the way: with a Möbius scarf, the pattern you are making is mirrored, i.e. one horizontal half looks like the right outer side, while the second half looks like the wrong inner side of the pattern. This creates clever effects, depending on how the scarf is wrapped and how the pattern falls.

A wonderfully light—but still very warm thanks to the camel hair—poncho is waiting for you here!
The technique is kept basically simple—but the small cable border adds the perfect finishing touch!
In addition, the snowmen worked in bead technique look very lovely and also serve the purpose of adding weight, which creates a nice, clean drape.

This pattern is designed for sizes 38/40.
However, the included template and the gauge make it possible to make any size!

Detailed instructions guide you through the entire knitting process.

And here’s the pattern and more details...

A beautifully soft textured hooded sweater that can be worn both elegantly and casually!
The variety of different textured patterns is what makes this project so special.

This beautiful poncho called “Midnight Dream” is perfect for braving the weather.
In addition, there is a pattern for the matching hat. Whether for children or adults, the poncho as well as the hat can be made in all sizes.

No annoying sewing together; it is worked in one piece.

Using the specified yarn and hook size, the poncho shown here has a wingspan of 1.60 m and a depth (measured without the collar, from the neckline to the point) of 0.70 m. It can of course be made smaller or larger.
You can make it using written instructions and a crochet chart.

Required materials:
  • A 4-ply, plied gradient yarn with a total yardage of approx. 1850 m was used here (the yarn usage naturally depends on the size)
  • Crochet hook size 3.5 + size 4
  • for the hat additionally (depending on size) between 250 m and 300 m of yarn

This cozy jacket is an absolute staple. You can wear it with jeans—and not just in winter. It’ll definitely keep
you warm even on balmy summer evenings. The jacket is knitted from top to bottom, in
one piece and without seams. The stitches for the sleeves are
picked up at the armholes after knitting the body, and
the sleeve cap is then knitted using short rows. You’ll
find a video link for each technique in the pattern so you
can see how it’s done.

The Grean Leaf Cardigan is a raglan cardigan knitted from the top down, without seams, and in one piece. The pretty leaf pattern looks
very complicated at first glance, but it’s actually very easy to
work.

This poncho is also a triangular shawl, making it a true transformation artist. With its lace pattern combined with waves, it’s a real eye-catcher.

The knitting pattern describes all steps in detail and includes photos. Knitting this won’t get boring.

Difficulty level: intermediate

Here’s the knitting pattern for the poncho shawl with lace pattern and waves.

Here’s the pattern

Not only is this soul warmer totally chic, but it’s also incredibly cozy—and you can crochet it in any size you want and with any yarn!

It’s also a great project for beginner crocheters who really want to make something wearable, because the extensively illustrated step-by-step pattern (there’s also a print version without pictures) “holds your hand” and guides you right to your goal!

Triangular shawl or poncho—that is the question.
Of course, both—with the movable buttons, the shawl becomes a poncho.
And with the cozy wool (gradient yarn with mohair), it’s sure to become a favorite.

The pattern is available here
