With his beautiful, colorful sweater, Marvin the rhino is all set for the coming winter :-)
Marvin is knitted from Lana Grossa Cool Wool. You’ll need 1 skein of gray, 1 skein of red, and various leftover yarns for the sweater.
The pattern is very detailed, so even beginners can give Marvin a try. Wouldn’t he make a great Christmas gift for a little boy who loves to charge headfirst into things?

The Shuhuu owl family is also wonderfully colorful. Wherever these four show up, good cheer is guaranteed—so grab your needles and get started!
The Shuhuus are knitted using short rows—and of course, the pattern explains exactly how to do that.

Here comes a colorful dog! Wasti the dachshund is not only a cute, colorful cuddly toy, but also extremely useful: On the bottom of his belly he has a zipper, behind which you’ll find your pencils, eraser, and sharpener, because Wasti is a practical pencil case. But you can also trust him to store your crochet hooks.
Wasti is crocheted with single crochet stitches using colorful leftover yarn—the more colorful, the better! He’s already looking forward to soon being allowed to sit on your desk!

Brightly colorful and totally adorable is Pino the Bird of Paradise.
He is crocheted entirely from leftover yarn, so it’s a great way to use up a few mountains of leftover yarn.

Once finished, Pino will be approx. 32 cm tall (when using the specified hook size and yarn weight). You will receive a detailed 20-page pattern with lots of photos to help you make him.

Also suitable for ambitious beginners

The pattern does not include a basic course. You should know how to crochet single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet stitches, as well as chain stitches and slip stitches.

You will also need:
  • approx. 200 g leftover yarn (hook size 3–4) in various colors
  • crochet hook size 4.5
  • yarn needle, darning needle

These two edge-sitters, Lion and Mouse, are a colorful pair.

The crochet pattern is inspired by the fable of the lion and the mouse, which tells how the little mouse saves the big lion’s life after he spares her and doesn’t eat her. In my version of the story, the two become really good friends afterward, even though they look so different on the outside.
