Dear users, dear authors,
This thread is dedicated to all animal patterns and amigurumi patterns on Crazypatterns. There’s sure to be something here that even beginners can make, perhaps using leftover yarn.

@Authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget to include a link and image, as well as information on materials, techniques, difficulty level, and any special features of the pattern.

Did you know that August 8 is International Cat Day? You’ve just got to crochet a cat! How about this cute little kitten? It’s crocheted entirely with single crochet stitches, preferably using fluffy yarn. But you can also use acrylic yarn—it’ll still turn out very cute:

The illustrated pattern is very detailed and suitable even for beginners. It also includes tips on working with fluffy yarn.
Get it here!

Paolo Polar simply loves to be cuddled and snuggled. Who could resist that look?
The pattern includes many step-by-step photos to make it easier to follow. However, basic crochet skills (single crochet, spiral rounds, etc.) are required.

Vassilli is sometimes mistaken for a dog, but he doesn’t care, because he loves himself just the way he is. He loves dangling from bags or keys more than anything, but sometimes he also just likes to sit around.
