Practical shopping net with the life motto "Live Love Laugh".
This cute shopping net reminds you to take a short break once in a while and
enjoy life. Thanks to the filet pattern, the bag is crocheted in no time and is
also great as a gift.

For the material, I used Catania by Schachenmayr; of course,
you can also use any other cotton yarn—also great for
using up leftovers. Crochet hooks 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm.
The bag is 35 cm wide and 45 cm high (including handle).
Suitable for beginners.

Here’s the pattern

The pattern is described in detail with a counting pattern, crochet chart, and lots of pictures.

Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, slip stitch, double crochet

This simple but pretty top is a real eye-catcher.
It can easily be made in all sizes. Whether as a long top, crop top, or dress, you decide the length yourself,

Thanks to adjustable straps, a good fit is ensured even after multiple washes.
The pattern is definitely suitable for ambitious beginners

Click here to go to the pattern:

Required materials (depending on size and length):
  • For women's size 36/38, I used approx. 750 m of 4-ply yarn (plan accordingly more for larger sizes)
  • Crochet hook suitable for the yarn (size 3 was used here)
  • 4 buttons, 12 mm - 15 mm

Summer pattern for beginners at a uniquely low price!
These glass coasters (glass covers, potholders) are very practical and super easy to crochet. You only need color-coordinated leftover yarn and basic crochet knowledge (crocheting single crochet stitches in spiral rounds).  You insert a straw through the hole in the middle and cover the glass with the coaster. Then it’s safe from annoying insects.

If you can work knit and purl stitches, you can knit this scarf too.

You can find the pattern for it here.

The stitches are arranged to create knitted-in hearts. Wouldn't that make a lovely Christmas gift for your sweetheart?
For this, you’ll need yarn with a yardage of approx. 110 m per 50 g and 5.5 mm knitting needles. The pattern is written out row by row, and there is also a knitting chart.

This knitted potholder is very suitable for beginners, using only knit and purl stitches.

You can find the pattern here.

You’ll need thick cotton yarn for it, about 40 m, and knitting needles in a size slightly smaller than recommended for your yarn.
The pattern can also be expanded as much as you like; for example, I could also imagine it working very well for a scarf.

Slightly more adventurous beginners might perhaps dare to try an infinity scarf.

Here you can find the pattern.

It is knitted from very thick yarn (100 m per 100 g) on 8 mm needles. In itself, it’s no great feat, and it’s finished quickly. Here, too, only knit and purl stitches are used. The only difficulty is that you knit in the round, which means you have to join your knitted piece into a round.

Crochet Pattern for Beginners: Hedwig the Owl Pot Holder

Every beginning is difficult—we’ve all heard that saying.
Ninety-five percent of crochet beginners start with a pot holder to practice the stitches they’ve learned... In most cases, it’s a pretty square, and those who are feeling adventurous might even use different colors.

But does it always have to be this square pot holder ... that usually ends up getting lost somewhere?
A while back, one of my students asked me this question… and what can I say… I thought about it for a moment and told her… “No.”

And that’s how Hedwig came to be… A pot holder that doesn’t get lost somewhere—practical, decorative, and even perfect as a gift.

A beginner’s project that will impress.

It requires very little material, so even small amounts of leftover yarn are enough to bring Hedwig to life.

The detailed 13-page pattern shows you how. Every step is explained and illustrated with numerous step-by-step photos. This way, you’ll achieve great results in no time.

What you’ll need:
  • Leftover yarn of any type and color
  • Crochet hook size 4.0

Ideal for beginners. Single crochet stitches and a few embroidered strands. Quick to make and always different, depending on how you use the stuffing and embroider the face. You’ll quickly feel a sense of accomplishment, and you won’t always get the same result. A fun project for everyone :-)

You’ll find more options for using up leftover yarn and beginner projects in my shop. Just take a look :-)

These edge sitters are also very suitable for beginners: All basic shapes are easy to cut out and glue together, and the pattern also describes in detail how to do it and how all the individual pieces are then assembled.

The edge sitters are approx. 22 cm tall when sitting (from the sole of the foot to the tip of the hat), are made of photo cardstock and construction paper, and their colors can easily be changed.
