I’m heading home soon. I’ve got some gardening to do, but I’ve already made plans to take the yarn with me to the orchard. My husband wants to mow the tall grass there today. I’ll be able to load it onto the trailer afterward.
While he’s mowing, I can work a little more on his project.

And in the evening, I’ll continue working on the blanket for my daughter. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to finish it by the time she gets back from vacation. But I’d at least like to have started on the fourth horse’s hoof by then.....

Actually, I was planning to spend a cozy afternoon crocheting in the garden today, but things never go quite as planned.....
First of all, there’s a terrible wind blowing here, and second, my old turtle laid six eggs today—of course, I had to quickly dig them up and take care of them!

Now I’ve settled comfortably into the sunroom with some coffee and plenty of yarn.....Let’s see what the hook comes up with today!

Well, unfortunately my needles had to rest today: hanging up laundry, grocery shopping, a bit of gardening, working out, and then a meeting with colleagues, plus computer problems in between… Tuesday is always a bit of a difficult day for needlework, and unfortunately tomorrow and the day after aren’t looking very good either (luckily, I at least have a train journey ahead of me, which I always use for crocheting or knitting).
