Have you already tried the “browse online” option, where you don’t have to download the pattern but can just open it in your browser?

After purchasing (blue button on the product page), you can download the pattern directly from the product page.
Did you use the blue button to make the purchase?

Here on crazypatterns, the pattern must be downloaded; it is not delivered automatically, as is the case with Amazon e-books, for example. Please go to the product page and download the pattern again from there.
Alternatively, you can find the pattern after purchase at

If you accidentally created a second account, please log in with the account you used to make the purchase.

Well, if you’re referring to my pattern, there haven’t been any problems so far. Please follow the tips from moderator. If it still doesn’t work, please let us know again; we’ll sort it out.

when did you top up your account?
Via PayPal or bank transfer?
Depending on the bank, this can sometimes take 2–3 days.
As soon as the store credit appears in the top right corner, you can use it to make purchases. Has store credit been displayed there?

Did you include your username on the bank transfer?
If not, please contact support so the store credit can be assigned to your account.
