Unicorns, these beautiful mythical creatures, are totally on trend again. Whether big or small, everyone loves them.

So here are my unicorn hand puppets, too. Whether as a therapy puppet or as a hand puppet for creative play in kindergarten
or at home, they are an enrichment for all the senses. A wonderful
gift that makes children's eyes light up.

Click here to go to the pattern:

Materials needed without mane:
  • approx. 85 g yarn for recommended hook size 4 (here with a yardage of 238 m/100 g)
  • crochet hook size 3 (so the hand puppet will be nice and firm)
  • 2 safety eyes 12 mm or googly eyes/beads
  • some stuffing (only for the eyes and the horn)

Crochet Pattern: “Kornulo, the Unicorn with a Twist”

Kornulo the unicorn thinks of himself as a pretty cool guy. Cute and chubby? He’ll gladly leave that to the others. And let’s be honest: what other unicorn shows up with a cool crossbody bag and a mohawk?

This crochet pattern explains every step with detailed text and plenty of pictures, and is also suitable for ambitious crochet beginners with basic skills. Once finished, Kornulo is about 35 cm tall (Catania yarn, 2.5 mm hook). However, depending on the yarn, hook size, and tension, the final result may be larger or smaller.

The little unicorn lady Adele will enchant girls' hearts in no time!

But Adele is a little lonely - she so wishes for a best friend to play with and share secrets with.

To crochet Adele, you will need:
  • any yarn in the colors white, beige, red, and pink, plus a small amount in light green and gold or dark yellow
  • a matching crochet hook
  • brown safety eyes
  • stuffing
The pattern is written in a clear and easy-to-understand way and is therefore also easy to follow for more experienced beginners.

Little tip: Simply make the curls with green and/or blue yarn and you'll get Adele's twin brother Adrian - because boys need a little unicorn magic now and then too!

So let's get started! You can find the pattern for the unicorn girl Adele here >>>
