Everyone has good and bad days, and these hearts express different moods. The little hearts are great to use as bag charms or keychains, since they are only 8 and 11 cm tall.

A perfect gift for someone who, for example, is going through heartbreak or is frustrated with work. The possibilities for embroidering emotions in the form of mouths are endless.

Difficulty level:
 Very easy

What you need for it:

  • Gründl Happy leftover yarn (approx. 5–10 g each in different colors)
Color examples: Pink/Rose Light blue/Dark blue Red/White

  • Small leftover amount of black for the facial features
  • Hook size 3.5, yarn needle and scissors
  • Stuffing material
  • Safety eyes (the funny safety eyes are available on Amazon - 70 pieces = €9.99)
  • Alternatively, you can also draw funny eyes on a piece of white fabric. Ideally with a thin black pen
  • Optionally, a few bandage strips or little bows

Piggy Egg Cozy Crochet Pattern

Crochet these cute piggy egg cozies!! These little pigs are super quick and easy to crochet, so they’re also perfect for beginners :-) . You should be able to make a magic ring, increase and decrease stitches, and work single crochet. The egg cozies are made entirely in single crochet. Experienced crafters can finish an egg cozy in about 40–45 minutes! Difficulty level: Easy, perfect for beginners
Length: 8 illustrated pages; in the pattern, I describe everything step by step using pictures. What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 15g of yarn (if you use 100% cotton, the egg cozies will be nice and sturdy, but you can also use any other type of yarn) in pink, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. Black thread for embroidering the nostrils
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • 3mm crochet hook
  • Googly eyes and superglue
  • A little stuffing for the nose

Crochet Pattern for a Quick and Sturdy Storage Basket


This storage basket is really quite quick to crochet and absolutely sturdy.
Perfect as spring decoration. Of course, it also works as a bowl for sweets or makes a great gift.
In a very detailed pattern, I have described every step and also added lots of pictures. This makes this pattern absolutely suitable for beginners. I also created a “little crochet school” myself, and it can be found in the attachment to the pattern.

  • ONELine Linie 55 Montego (100 g / 100 m LL) colors 36/52/23, 25 g each

Basic crochet skills are enough.

Material used here:
100 g turquoise + 50 g gray + 50 g white of Pantino cotton blend yarn
(Schoeller+Stahl), 60% cotton, 40% acrylic, 50 g – 90 m, according to the
yarn label for needles size 4–5 and gauge 17 sts = approx. 10 cm, but here
a 8.0 mm crochet hook was used.

This pattern is also suitable for absolute beginners! You only need to know how to make chain stitches, slip stitches, and single crochet stitches.
