Dear users, dear authors,
Giraffes have become rare by now because poachers have greatly reduced their numbers in the wild and because their habitat is unfortunately getting smaller and smaller.
There is room in this thread for all the giraffes available on Crazypatterns, as a small sign of protest against their disappearance.

@Authors,
please introduce all the giraffes you have in your shop here.
This thread is for all authors.
Don't forget the link to the giraffe and, of course, upload a good picture too.
Also don't forget info about the material, the technique, the material, and the difficulty level.

How about a slightly different pot holder? Not everyone has a giraffe pot holder in their kitchen. Lina also works wonderfully as a decorative picture on a wall or door.

The pattern includes 8 pages. It contains pictures and easy-to-understand charts.

You’ll need to know how to do: single crochet, increasing and decreasing stitches, double crochet, and a magic ring.

Size: approx. 26 x 18 cm. Depending on the type of yarn used, Lina will be larger or smaller

Materials used:
* Cotton yarn Cotton Fun (Max Gründl) or Catania by Schachenmayr: black approx. 10 g, yellow approx. 30 g, brown approx. 15 g, scraps of red and white
* Crochet hooks sizes 2.5 and 3, sewing and embroidery needles

Giraffe Peppi

The giraffe is made with fine crochet thread and will be approx. 27 cm tall. Hook size No. 2–2.5 is suitable. A little stuffing, 2 eyes, and a blunt needle. If you like crocheting with thicker yarn, the neck will be a bit tricky. But Peppi also cuts a fine figure as a floppy toy. At least that’s what my neighbor’s girl says ;-) Magic ring, single crochet, and increases and decreases. With approx. 35–40 g of yarn, the giraffe will be finished very quickly and can move into your home :-)

Have fun crocheting :-)

Do you love giraffes as much as I do? Well, how about making one yourself right away?

Agatha the little giraffe is super quick to make, and the pattern is easy to understand—so it’s also well suited for beginners!

Agatha is made with cotton yarn 50 g / 125 m and crochet hook size 2.5
about 25 cm tall

You can find Agatha here
