Sunny the Cat is a 40 cm version of a real cat and simply longs to be loved and cuddled.

In my crochet pattern, I use lots of pictures and individual steps to describe how to create such a cuddly cat.

This pattern is also easy to understand for crochet beginners with a little experience, but it is not that easy to work with eyelash yarn because the stitches are not very easy to see.

Difficulty level: Medium 

What you need:

Gründl Happy yarn (100 g = 250 m yardage)

• White –50 g, some pink and gray
• Rellana Hair white approx. 250 g. (50 g = 85 m yardage)
• Stuffing and a pair of 18 mm glass eyes,
• optionally some fishing line for the whiskers
• Hook size 3, yarn needle and scissors

What you need to know:

• MR = magic ring
• M = stitch
• FM = single crochet
• Lm = chain stitch
• zusm. = together
• verdp. = double stitch

• Approx. 10 g yarn/wool in white/cream (I used Schachenmayr Catania fine color 1001). Your yarn should definitely be suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook

Hello, everyone! Our names are Lenny and Leana, and we belong to the extremely rare breed of wiggly lions. We’re about 17 cm tall when sitting and 30 cm long in total including the legs. We’re really very cuddly, house-trained, and tame :-). Our mom says we’re easy to crochet and therefore suitable for beginners. You should know how to: work single crochet stitches, increase and decrease single crochet stitches, sew on individual parts, make slip stitches, and create a magic ring. What you’ll need:

• Approx. 60g of yarn in yellow/beige or orange, depending on what color you want your lions to be. My boy is made with Schoeller Stahl’s Zimba Medium in color 0218. The girl is also made with Schoeller Stahl’s Zimba Medium in color 0022. The yarn recommends using a 3.5mm crochet hook, but I crocheted with a 3mm hook.
• Leftover white yarn for the cheeks and the belly. This leftover yarn should also be suitable for a 3mm hook
• Approx. 20 g of yarn for the mane; I used “fringe yarn” from the Schachenmayr “Brazilia” line, color 1027, lot 2206.
• Yarn for the nose and mouth, as well as a thin black thread for the eyebrows and the dots on the cheeks.
• 3mm crochet hook
• stuffing
• Darning needle and scissors
• 10mm safety eyes
• Pins to hold the limbs in place while sewing them on
• stitch markers

Length: 27 pages of detailed crochet instructions with lots of pictures showing everything step by step. I won’t leave you in the lurch when it comes to sewing the individual pieces together, either!

Zacharias Zebra is always in the best of moods and ready for fun at any time. Zebras were originally native to North Africa; today they are extinct there and live in South Africa. Zacharias would rather live in a nice, cozy home where he can be cuddled now and then.

The pattern includes many step-by-step photos that make it easier to recreate. Basic crochet skills (single crochet, increases and decreases, etc.) should be present, however.

I personally recommend cotton yarn for making all of my amigurumi.

Looks like the little ones have been all over Mom and Dad. A fluffy family to love.


The large dog is crocheted with acrylic yarn (approx. 210 g - 50 g/133 m) and the little ones with cotton yarn (approx. 95 g - 100 g/530 m), chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet. Increases and decreases, and then Othello is actually crocheted up quickly. Every amigurumi lover is sure to have some stuffing on hand, a long blunt needle, and you can either use teddy bear eyes or embroider them. From 50 cm (standing) to 23 cm...or something in between if you use different yarn.

 Fussel and Flocke     

Simply use up all your leftover yarn from winter and make room for new summer yarn!

Approx. 200 g hat yarn (150g/165m) for the body and approx. 100 g fluffy yarn or mohair-style yarn for the rest. Hook size 5, some stuffing, a blunt needle, and two eyes. Fussel and/or Flocke are crocheted quite quickly with the thicker yarn. Chain stitches, single crochet, increases and decreases. This is also a project for ambitious beginners that will make the weekend a little nicer :-)
Your leftover winter yarn will be turned into something cozy when it’s already too warm for a hat or scarf. 
Of course, Fussel and Flocke can also be crocheted with any other yarn; this will only change the size from the current approx. 35 cm and the amount of material needed.
