Longing for the beach and the sea? Crocheting these shells might ease that a little. You can get started right away, because you can crochet them with any yarn you like and the matching crochet hook. It’s best to choose gradient yarn in pastel colors—then they’ll turn out especially beautiful! You can download the pattern here.

Crochet Top for Cup Sizes A to B

How about crocheting something for your vacation?
It’ll make the wait more enjoyable.
A crochet top for the beach, the lake, or festivals:

I used a blended yarn consisting of 50% cotton and 50% linen, with a yardage of 125 meters per 50 grams. I used just under 60 grams with a size 3.5 hook. The pattern is explained step by step with text and pictures. You don’t have to be crochet pros, but you should be advanced beginners. You should know how to do: chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet. Have fun!

Barbie is longing for a vacation too! She’s already packed her suitcase and is waiting for it to finally get going. What does she have with her? A bikini, sun hat, beach bag, hot pants, capri pants, fringed tunic, spaghetti top, off-the-shoulder blouse, maxi skirt.
You can crochet all of this from leftover yarn with this pattern!

Crochet pattern for a small vacation bag

"Vacation, take a vacation. Come on, let's pack our things and go on vacation...."

Off to the beach, taking only the essentials—this small bag is perfect for that. Even if sandy shells or other
souvenirs from the beach find a place in it, that's no problem
because it is fully washable. A zipper ensures that the contents
are safely stored, and the carrying strap can easily be
shortened with a knot. It also takes up hardly any space in your vacation luggage. So it's uncomplicated, simple, practical, good, just like my favorite vacation country, Denmark. The maritime anchor motif put me
in a vacation mood while I was crocheting.

Just get away on vacation, go snorkeling in the sea, and watch the fish. I can't conjure up the sea, but you can crochet the little fish yourself and look at them at home ahead of time and dream!

Here you can swim quickly to the pattern

The little sea creatures are quickly made from leftover yarn with a size 2.5 crochet hook. You can put either a Kinder Surprise egg capsule or toy stuffing in the belly.

Single crochet, slip stitches, and chain stitches are used. And the detailed pattern with lots of pictures is definitely suitable for beginners, too.

For a vacation in a very elegant hotel, I recommend a very elegant shawl.

    You can find it here.

You can knit it in one or two colors; either way, you’ll need sock-weight yarn for it. The amount needed depends on the size you want.
Two different lace patterns add variety while knitting. Both are not difficult. They are written out row by row, and for those who prefer working from knitting charts, they are also shown in knitting charts.
A truly festive highlight for an evening dinner!

Even the name "Waves in the Ocean" brings on that vacation feeling. The pattern is reminiscent of the sea and waves, and after a few pattern repeats it’s easy to memorize.
    Here’s everything you’ll need:

Material: 1 skein of Drachenwolle Merino, yardage 200 m/100 g, or another yarn with roughly the same gauge. If you’d like a longer loop scarf, you should definitely plan on more yarn.Knitting needles: 2 circular knitting needles, size 4 mm (the 2nd knitting needle is needed to knit the loop scarf together at the end).Other: Possibly a row counter, a crochet hook and a slightly longer piece of yarn (for the provisional cast-on), and a tapestry needle for weaving in the ends.

You can also sweeten the wait for your vacation by cooking exotic dishes. To go with that, there is now the

    Papaya Potholder.

It is knitted from thick cotton on thin needles to create a dense stitch pattern and also protect your hands from the heat of the oven. A small leftover is enough; I used 40 m for mine.
The pattern is suitable for beginners; you need to know knit and purl stitches. It is explained in written form and also in a knitting chart.
