Hello. My bank is asking for a German IBAN number.
What should I do?

Normally, you should be able to make transfers outside of Germany as well.
If necessary, you might want to talk to your bank about it again.
Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.

And what do you do if you've transferred money but it doesn't show up in your store credit account? I've written to Crazypatterns, but haven't received a reply yet.

welcome to our forum. We'll get this sorted out, don't worry, even if it sometimes takes a little while.

There are several possibilities:
1. Bank transfers sometimes take 2-3 days. You may need to wait a little longer.
2. Did you include your username on the bank transfer? Please don't copy any transfer details here into the forum. If the username is missing, the transfer cannot be assigned.
In this case, Support will help you.
3. Some of our users accidentally create multiple accounts. If that is the case, please log in with the account/username that is assigned to the payment. The store credit can only be added there.

Support is overloaded, so a reply can sometimes take a while.
When did you contact Support?

I’d made the transfer online here through Crazypattern using Sofortüberweisung. It’s always worked before, but not this time. I thought, well, I’ll just do a regular bank transfer then—I’ll wait and see. Well, and now it’s already been a week. Crazypattern finally got back to me today and said everything had been forwarded, so I should just wait and see. I guess I’ll have no other choice.

OK, let’s wait and see.
If nothing happens by Monday or Tuesday, I’ll look into it again.
