Dear users, dear authors,
who’s been nibbling on the Easter bunny? The poor bunny is missing an ear. ;)
How are you and your craft projects coming along?

I had to rip out about 3 cm yesterday. That doesn’t sound like much at first, but when you’re knitting a tunic and have about 300 stitches on your needles, that’s quite a bit to reknit.
But now I’m back to where I was. :-)

Oh dear, I’m in a similar boat… I’m constantly unraveling my work right now, too ;-)

But I have to say, dear Michaela, hats off to your discipline!
For me, it can easily happen that a project gets “tucked away” in the corner for a bit.
And then the next day, I pick it up again.

I think that’s one of the reasons why I always have more and more projects on my needles at the same time.

I finished knitting my summer sweater.

This morning I started a new one right away.
I had the same problem—I made a mistake in my lace pattern. My attempt to tink back all the stitches didn’t quite work out. I unraveled it all again; it was easier and faster. Now I’ve started over, and I hope it goes better this time.

I’m waiting for the workday to end—my baby blanket is calling! :-)
Yeah, when you have to unravel something, it’s a pain. I’m the type who just tosses it in the corner for the time being.

I’m the “super-tight crocheter” par excellence when it comes to my figures, and I’ve finally managed to crochet an entire shawl loosely ;-)

It’s the first piece that doesn’t stand on its own because it’s crocheted so tightly. And to be completely honest, I had to keep unraveling the first 30 cm—I’d clearly crocheted it too tightly. Now I’ve got the hang of it.

I’m currently working on a loop scarf with 350 stitches and a lace pattern
and spent a long time knitting it on Saturday night.
When I picked it up again yesterday, I noticed two dropped stitches hanging
four rows below. Since it wasn’t possible to tink back those rows, I had no choice but
to unravel it and start over—that way, the yarn lasts longer!!

I hate it when you have to unravel a lace pattern while knitting! It drives me crazy. Is there a trick to keep from getting confused?

Hi everyone,

I gave 3 radiators a thorough cleaning ;)

But I’ve also been crocheting today… 3 rows on my latest pattern project, for which I “tinkered” up the stitch chart yesterday at the construction site, and then I’ll be crocheting—out of necessity—a baby cardigan for Carlotta. She’s definitely growing too fast :(

But now I’m treating myself to 10 minutes under warm water while my oldest sits on the sofa with the two little ones and her boyfriend (so cute, that teen love ;) )…

Best

P.S.:
I admit it—I’m the one who nibbled off the ear ;)

As for me, there are no nibbled-off ears—just completely devoured Easter bunnies. Ever since I got pregnant, I’ve turned into a chocolate monster. I used to never eat chocolate, but now I can’t get enough of it.

My Easter bunnies are always gone completely right away too. I always feel so sorry for them when they’ve been nibbled on. That must hurt! So I’d rather put them out of their misery ;-)) But then when I read on the package that the bunny weighed 100 g, I feel guilty. (It didn’t seem like that much to me...)

Well, I devoured my bunny right down to its little tail. I started with the ears and kept going until there was nothing left....

Dear Ruth, you need to get smaller bunnies. Then you won’t feel guilty, and you can dive right into the next little one. Otherwise, they’ll go bad if you save them until St. Nicholas Day.

I finished my door wreath. Yay! And this time, I’m not giving it away right away—that’s my resolution. It didn’t help last time, though.

Otherwise, I’m working hard on the blanket for my son. Just one more complete pattern repeat, and the first inner section will be done.
