I bought the pattern yesterday, but I can't download it—or rather, it hasn't been downloaded. Could I please download it again from ***? It's not on my Kindle yet because I entered the wrong email address.

we usually don't send patterns by email here. Were you able to activate your account without an email address? If not, then please contact Support about this.

First, a question about your download problem:
Do you have the option of using a PC / laptop?
Downloading our patterns with a phone / tablet or Kindle often causes problems.
Please use a PC / laptop if possible. You need a program for unzipping, e.g. 7-zip, you can get it free via Google.
Then you'll also need a program for reading PDF files.
You only have to install both of them once, and then that's all you need. :- )
In Downloads, you can download all your patterns again anytime.
please give me a few details about your problem.

Did you top up your store credit account?
Then did you go to the product page where the pattern you want is sold?
Did you click the blue “Download/Buy” button?

--> Just topping up your store credit account isn’t enough; you have to actively go to the product page and buy the pattern using the blue button.

can you already see the amount you paid as store credit in the top right corner?
Sometimes it takes 1–2 days for everything to be processed; only then can you purchase/download.

The pattern is _not_ sent to you after payment via PayPal; instead, you can download it directly and immediately from the product page once the payment has been processed .
