Dear users, dear authors,
the April weather is pretty much exactly what you’d expect.
But that’s okay, it leaves more time for crafting.
With an exciting craft project, you’ll forget about the weather in no time.

@Authors,
this is a promotional thread for all authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough.
An image and link, as well as information about the material, technique, difficulty level, and what makes the pattern special, must not be missing.

Wochenende = Zeit zum Tücher häkeln

The weekend is the best time to relax with some crochet. Whether outside or inside, it doesn’t matter.

Shawls are always a wonderful accessory and suit almost any occasion.

How about a springlike shawl with a very simple pattern?

Or a dreamily beautiful shawl that can rival any sunset?

Both shawls are suitable for beginners and, thanks to the crochet chart as well as written instructions and photos, are very easy to crochet.

All you need is a suitable yarn cake (1000 m yardage) and your crochet hook.

When April does whatever it wants, the nicest thing is to get cozy on the sofa with a wonderful crochet pattern and cuddly yarn. Or on the balcony, if the sun decides to show itself for once.

The crochet pattern for the gorgeous large shawl Tausendschön is just the thing for that.

Because of its slightly asymmetrical shape, this dream shawl can be worn in many different ways. Small flowers, which also gave the scarf its name, are crocheted on as you go and are the highlight!
The shawl can be crocheted in many yarn weights. The size can also be varied freely.

Materials needed:
  • approx. 1500 meters of 3- to 4-ply yarn (e.g. lace yarn, gradient yarn cake, or sock yarn)
  • crochet hook size 3–4
  • sewing needle
  • scissors
  • kitchen scale (to calculate the amount used)
  • possibly a little spray starch
Only basic crochet skills are needed for the shawl, so the pattern is wonderfully suitable for beginners.
A photo tutorial shows how the flowers are crocheted.
Finished measurements: approx. 184–90 cm (but it can also be made smaller or larger).
The pattern is 12 pages long and includes written instructions as well as charts, a schematic drawing, and a photo tutorial.

Difficulty level: easy.

They also make great gifts :-) Each crochet pattern costs €1.50 individually. Buy them as a set and save 30%! What you’ll need for the sheep egg cozies
  • Approx. 15g of yarn (it’s best to use 100% cotton yarn, which makes the egg cozies nice and sturdy. Of course, you can also use any other type of yarn) in white or brown, suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. Leftover yarn in green.
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • Some stuffing for the head
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Googly eyes and superglue
What you’ll need for the sheep egg cups
  • A 3mm crochet hook About 15–20g of yarn in the color of your choice (white, cream, beige, brown, black... sheep come in all sorts of colors ;-) ). This yarn should be suitable for a 3mm crochet hook. I crocheted the sheep using 100% cotton yarn, which makes them nice and sturdy.
  • Some stuffing for the head and feet
  • A darning needle and scissors
  • Googly eyes and superglue
A 31-page crochet pattern with lots of pictures! Difficulty level: easy to intermediate, but easy to understand and quick to make thanks to the many pictures. To give the sheep a better fleece look, I use crochet bobbles. I explain these at the beginning of the pattern and illustrate everything with pictures. That way, you’ll understand this technique in no time ;-). All the other steps are also illustrated and explained with plenty of pictures. This makes the pattern easy for everyone to follow.

A shawl is always fun, and you can get quite a lot of it done in a weekend.
This triangular shawl is very relaxing to knit; basically, you just need to know knit and purl stitches, with a few lace rows scattered in between.
1 skein of sock yarn is enough, and it is knitted on a 4 mm circular knitting needle.

You can find the pattern here.

Just the right thing for a weekend on the cozy couch :-) And after that, the fun is far from over!!
With this pattern you can crochet yourself a whole soccer team, and every doll looks different. She can also put the pacifier or her thumb in her mouth.

https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/25536/haekelanleitung-mimi-und-die-strolche

Mimi and her friends can be changed however you like. Give them different clothing, change the face shape with different stuffing or different eyes and ears. Includes the various outfits and the pacifier.
Single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet. Slip stitches, increases and decreases, a little stuffing, and the right hook for the yarn. Which yarn you use is not crucial. It only changes the size. With 100 g of yarn you’ll already have the doll. And depending on the outfit, you can also use up leftovers.

Have fun crocheting!

Beautiful colors + simple pattern + great cut = a snood you simply have to have!

This loop scarf in a tartan look looks sophisticated, yet is so easy to make that it is also suitable for beginners !

The circumference is about 80 cm, and the height is approx. 50 cm.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to adjust the size individually.

You will also find a chart of the color scheme as well as a detailed description in the pattern.

In addition, a detailed photo documentation guides you through the knitting process.

The tartan technique is also described and illustrated in detail.

And this way to the pattern...

A simply made cotton cardigan for girls is something you need now and then in spring and summer, too!
The unusual border makes all the difference.
This vest has no button band at all—and is therefore worn open.

This pattern is designed for sizes 98/104, 110/116, and 122/128.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to make any size.

And here’s the pattern...
