The “Dino” kids’ backpack makes going to preschool even more fun. It also loves heading off to the playground, and all the important things fit into its little tummy... even a child’s play ball.

This kids’ backpack was crocheted using 50g / 90lm cotton yarn and a 3.5 hook. The diameter is approx. 16 cm and the height of the bag is approx. 24 cm. The crochet pattern is described in detail and includes plenty of pictures.

It's time to cuddle :- )

Small children love to cuddle, listen to some music at the same time, and falling asleep is no longer a problem and makes the little ones happy. To make sure the cuddly bunny is truly child-friendly, I avoided sewing as much as possible. The body is worked starting from the feet, and the hands are crocheted in – they really can't come off anymore.

Pattern 1 without music box:
13 pages
Pattern 2 with music box:    15 pages
both patterns are richly illustrated.

The bunnies in the patterns have small differences, and so there won't be any confusion, I made two patterns out of them – you can choose your cuddly bunny. Parts that are crocheted in an oval have a chart for the 1st round.

Material:
  • Cotton yarn 50 g /125 m
  • stuffing
  • safety eyes 10 - 15mm
  • a music box insert (Amazon or Buttinette ) – washable versions are also available!
  • crochet hook size 2.5
Skills needed:
  • Single crochet
  • Chain stitches
  • Slip stitches
  • Half double crochet
  • Double crochet
  • Magic ring
  • Color changes

Now that spring is coming, you need a beautiful vase to properly display all those spring harbingers.

You should know how to do: chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, and double crochet.
Crocheting the buds and the deep-inserted double crochet stitches is clearly explained with pictures.

You need: an empty tall glass, size 4 crochet hook, and yarn - leftover yarn works too - suitable for this hook size

And here’s where you can find the pattern: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/24593/haekelanleitung-umhaekelte-blumenvase-mit-knospen

The pretty short-sleeved sweater for children is very easy and quick to crochet to fit any child. Even beginners can quickly crochet a unique one-of-a-kind piece with this pattern.

Worked in one piece, it completely eliminates annoying sewing.

You can get the crochet pattern for the children’s short-sleeved sweater here!

The Easter Bunny likes this Easter basket so much that he has hopped right in. Add a few sweets and you have a beautiful little Easter gift! You’ll definitely have it crocheted quickly by Easter. You can find the pattern here:

Or how about an Easter lamb? It will make children’s eyes light up! You determine the size by your choice of yarn. The little lamb is crocheted using only single crochet stitches. It shouldn’t be a problem even for beginners. However, if you choose the plush fluffy yarn, you should already have crocheted with it a little, because the stitches are hard to see. Soul warmer and cuffs – crocheted to look knitted
= both crochet pattern and knitting pattern

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

One size

Whether crocheted or knitted:
such a cozy piece is in demand all year round, whether on cool summer days, as an outdoor jacket in the transitional season, or in winter on the couch.

And yes, the crochet pattern looks knitted and is just as cuddly soft. But knitters will love it too. The stitch pattern looks very similar.

The PDF pattern is detailed and illustrated over 23 pages and includes both the crochet pattern and the knitting pattern for the soul warmer and the arm/leg warmers.

The stitches used are explained with pictures, so even beginners can give it a try. General crochet or knitting skills are sufficient.

Basically, any yarn you like can be used. The amount of yarn can vary greatly, however, depending on your choice of yarn and needle/hook size. Details are given in the pattern.

My yarn usage when using an alpaca yarn, 50 g – 100 m, according to the label for needle size 3–4, but used here: crochet hook size 8.0

  • for the soul warmer approx. 500 g in the crochet version (approx. 800 g in the knitted version with needles size 6.0),
  • for the cuffs approx. 100 g in both versions

Have fun making it, and enjoy a truly feel-good feeling with the finished piece.

Striped Cotton Short-Sleeve Knit Cardigan

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Spring is in the air. And stripes are totally on trend. With a top underneath this comfortable-to-wear cotton short-sleeve jacket, you’ll be wonderfully dressed both at work and in your free time. And if it gets a bit cooler, a thin turtleneck can also be worn underneath.

The PDF pattern is illustrated across 23 pages.

These knitting skills are needed:
casting on stitches, knit and purl stitches, knitting stitches together, yarn over, emphasized decreases and increases from the strand between stitches (explained with pictures). Difficulty level: medium

We need a total of approx. 450 g of Catania (Schachenmayr) or Limone (Schoeller+Stahl) for sizes S to L, 100% mercerized cotton, label details: 50 g – 125 m yardage, needle size 2.5 – 3.5, 26 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm with the following color distribution:

  • Blue 100 g
  • White 100 g
  • Dark green 150 g
  • Light green 100 g
Depending on the size, more or fewer yarn remnants will be left over from each ball. I used here: knitting needle size 3.5, 3 stitch holders and 1 cable for holding stitches, stitch marker and row counter (not absolutely necessary), pins for blocking, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for sewing in ends.
