A wonderfully elegant accessory is the knitted ponchola "Fanyamar".
Why ponchola? Because this lovely stole can be turned into a beautiful poncho with a little trick. So you get 2 great accessories in one!

Fanyamar was designed for lace yarns, because that brings out its delicate and airy character best. Nevertheless, the stole also looks absolutely gorgeous in thicker yarns, such as sock yarn. However, the yarn you choose should definitely not be any thicker than that.

Required materials:

  • approx. 150 grams of yarn (approx. 750 meters) lace yarn (e.g. Lace Seta / Lace Seta degradé by Lana Grossa, Laceball by Schoppel)
  • circular knitting needle size 4, I recommend an interchangeable cable system with replaceable needle tips
  • kitchen scale
  • stitch markers, if needed
  • sewing needle for weaving in the ends
  • scissors
  • if needed, a crochet hook and beads for the cord or a piece of thin satin ribbon so the stole can be worn as a poncho
The stole is started at one corner with only 3 stitches. Regular increases and decreases give it its shape. The pattern includes stitch counts for 2 different sizes.

The pattern is 12 pages long and includes a written-out version as well as charts and a schematic drawing. Difficulty level: intermediate to challenging.

The Danes call it "hygge"; we call it coziness. This Scandinavian-style winter scarf keeps you especially warm with its sophisticated braided pattern and, with its simple elegance, gives its wearer the feeling of being a true Snow Queen.

Thanks to the included crochet chart and step-by-step explanation, the pattern is easy to make even for advanced beginners. All you need is your favorite yarn and a crochet hook in the right size. The pattern then explains in detail how you can adapt the pattern to any desired size.

Crochet yourself a piece of this Scandinavian "coziness" too - and impress your loved ones with this stylish winter accessory.

Have fun crocheting! :-)

Hello, dear knitting friends,

Knitted fashion can be both casual and elegant. One example is my summer poncho made from fine yarn. It simply flatters every figure. Every woman feels lighthearted and elegant in it. People will envy you for it. Feel free to take a look at my photos and imagine yourself wearing it… in your favorite color :-)

Well, then, let’s get started! You can easily knit this wonderful piece yourself. The knitting pattern is perfect for beginners , as the design is straightforward and I explain and demonstrate everything in great detail.

Warm regards, and enjoy knitting it - Ina

When you combine a beautiful gradient yarn with a flowing pattern, the result is a wonderfully elegant shawl. You can find the knitting pattern for this versatile model here: Lace Shawl for Beginners.

I hope you have lots of fun knitting and wearing your scarf.
Best regards - your "Ina strickt"

It’s not just people who want to dress elegantly—little dolls do, too. Why not knit the doll mums a beautiful elegant evening gown for a grand entrance? With just 15 g of yarn and a set of double-pointed needles, you can get started right away.

Best wishes - "Ina strickt"
