Hello, I transferred €20 on January 16, but my account balance hasn't changed yet.
How long does it take for the funds to be credited?

Did you include your username with the transfer? If not, please contact support so the amount can be credited to your account. Without your username, support cannot assign the amount.

Hi :) My account balance shows 97 euros, but when I try to buy something, it says I have 0 in my account and that I need to make a deposit :( .. What’s going on here :( `?

You can’t use the store credit from selling patterns to make purchases. Purchases and sales are kept in two separate accounts. You may need to add funds to your account.
