Final push: Which craft projects will be finished in 2016? (No advertising thread)

Dear users, dear authors,
2016 is almost over. Which craft projects will you finish this year?

Just a few little things / small gifts to bring for New Year’s Eve :)

I'm envious of you there—unfortunately, mine aren't exactly "little things"... the mountain of yarn for my husband's sweater just isn't getting any smaller. Somehow it's an endless project.

Yesterday I quickly made a cuddle cloth for my youngest nephew; I had completely overlooked him for Christmas, and luckily they're not coming to visit for a few more days.

What I'm sure I'll still manage is the blanket for my niece...


And the other UFOs that I definitely won't finish this year, I'll simply hide somewhere on New Year's Eve so they aren't lying around and I can keep the illusion :-)

I’ve started a new crochet design—I’m sure I’ll finish it this year. ☺

I'm sort of cheating on my usual craft right now and am in a T-shirt sewing frenzy. I sewed one for my little boy on Christmas Day and one on Boxing Day... I think as crafters our hands never stand still. And the fabrics for the next shirt are already ready. I still want to get that done this year.

In my actual field, crochet, I still have a bear for my son to finish. The feet, hands, and body are done; the rest is still missing. But that won't happen this year anymore.

For work, I'm currently making decorative chains; they’re basically already finished and just need to be attached to a strip.
Privately, I'm still struggling with the second thumb warmer — I hope it will be finished this year, and I suspect it will also be the last thumb warmer of my life :-).

I’m hoping to finish a scarf for a dear coworker. But it’s black… I feel like it’s taking forever.

I made a new flower for my daughter, and now she wants me to turn it into a bookmark. I’ll finish that before the year is out.

I also plan to make dragon spikes—tons of them for the long dragon tail—and the teeth. Then the dragon will be finished, too.

I’ll finish the rest of the projects I’ve started next year. There’ll be plenty of time then.

I got a really great pattern from Sabine and my daughter practically thrust on me to test, and we’ll definitely finish testing it this year.

And I still have an almost finished hat order lying here that I don’t like, but I still want to get it done.

“Foisted on me” is a good way to put it..... I can also send you the continuation of the pattern for test crocheting :-)

I’m currently crocheting some Minion-themed slippers for a friend’s birthday. I might actually finish those this year. The rest will probably have to wait until next year. I’m realizing I need to be careful—my wrists are acting up a bit. But hey, there’s always Voltaren... :-)
